Overall the newly named Obramat in Spain is Ok but don’t expect to buy on line as their availability is not updated. I ordered a large order only to be told that one item is not available even though it says over 1000 available on the web page. I had to mess around to cancel the order as it was a key item. For some reason they don’t update the website so to get a delivery you have to walk around their warehouse picking out items and getting them put on your order and I’m disabled hence the reason I get stuff delivered.

Es lamentable,el obramart de bormujos falta de personal,para una cerradura tuve que esperar más de media hora,he ido tres veces para comprar unos simples cáncamos,llevan agotados más de una semana y no los reponen.las cajas de registro agotadas,los precios para arriba,y
la calidad para bajo.ademas la espera en las cajas es interminable.solucion...dejar de ir verás como cambian el chip

La calidad de los materiales es pésima, ya me pasó más veces ,lo ultimo ,compro un grifo para la bañera lo instalo y cual es la sorpresa, que gotea,no cierra bien,lo de siempre, vuelta a cambiarlo.menos mal qué no habia llamado un fontanero ,nada fiables

compre dos barras de cobre de 15 m/m instale las tuberias y a los pocos meses les salieron poros como si las hubiera pinchado,se me inundo la casa y ahora quien me paga la reforma de romper azulejos y instalar nuevas tuberiasMATERIAL DE CHINA no compreis en obramat,pesima calidad y los empleados PEOR

I bought for many thousands of euros concrete blocks. As the total amount was more than my debit card would allow me to spend on a single day, I received instructions for a bank transfer. Which I did the same day.
Sofar, everything ok. These blocks come on pallets for which you have to pay a deposit of €10 per pallet. When I brought them back the pallets were unloaded by a friendly guy who wrote date and time and the number of pallets I had returned.
Sofar everything ok... I went to the office to finalize the return of the pallets. I needed to supply proof that I was the owner of my bank account. I just had to sign in to my bank app and request such a form, which states my name and my bank account number. I am from Holland and my bank does not offer such a document. More important: why do I have to prove that I am the owner of the bank account which was used to pay thousands of euros. I had already returned the pallets, so what was the 'risk' or what was the possible fraud here ? It's now 3 weeks ago and they have still not transferred the deposit (€100) on my bank account.

Muy contestos con la atención de Gus, suerte de que viniera a ayudarnos, ya que varios de sus compañeros lo único que supieron decirnos es que hicieramos fotos a los productos que nos gustaron, mientras que Gus dedico su tiempo y experiencia a asesorarnos en todo lo que necesitamos ( que no era poco...)

I bought a water pump from bricomat,not working so returned it,I needed a replacement urgent as had family staying on holiday,was told no replacement as has to go back to factory,and need to pay for new one,staff not very polite,I bought new one elsewhere and no problem,lesson learnt,and out of pocket .never again

Commande d'un radiateur électrique à ce fournisseur par l'intermédiaire de Mano Mano. Après plus d'un mois et demi d'attente, mention "radiateur expédié" puis dates de livraison reportées à plusieurs reprises et enfin annulation de la commande sans explication.

I bought 30 sq mtrs of tiles and paid for them when I went to collect they had sold 10 sq mtrs to someone else and 2 weeks later still do not have them

Commande passé mais annulée avant l'envoi. Resultat il envoie le produit quand meme. Et apres avoir renvoyé le preduit a mes frais, tjrs aucun remboursement du produit ni des FDP retours ...c'est un voleur

Besteld betaald maar tot op de dag van vandaag nog niks gehoord of iets binnen gehad...

Muy buena atención a nivel personal de tienda. Ahora bien...aglomeración en las cajas, casi obligando a juntarse. La gente sin respetar distancias. Se le dice a un cliente que no se junte, que deje distancia y se pone chulo. Ya sé que no es culpa de bricomart pero se requiere intervención al personal de seguridad y dice textualmente “yo estoy para robos, la gente ya es mayorcita para saber lo que hace...”. Por cierto, usando mascarilla con válvulas. Se le dice que está prohibida y rápidamente la cambia por una quirúrgica, no sin antes comentar que como estábamos cabreados se lo habíamos dicho... Lamentable, no volveremos por muy buenos precios que tengan.

5 juli een digitale hoekmeter besteld en betaald. Alleen een bevestiging van mijn bestelling ontvangen. Al enige e-mails hierover verstuurd, maar toto op heden zonder resultaat. Ik denk dat ik ben opgelicht!

Ik heb ook op 05-07-2020 een digitale hoekmeter bij Bricomart besteld en betaald. Meerdere mails gestuurd, maar tot op heden geen reactie en/of de hoekmeter mogen ontvangen.

Acheté plusieurs affluteurs de tronçonneuses j'en ai eu pour plus de 100€ qui bien sûr on été prélevé dans la seconde qui a suivi la validation de ma commande et cela depuis le mois de mai

C'est de l'arnaque
Quel recours y a t il?

commandé un affûteur de chaîne commande BM674 le 06 mai 2020 et toujours pas reçu malgré relances. Me suis fait arnaqué de 29,99€

Ik heb op 05-07-2020 bij "Bricomart" een digitale hoekmeter besteld van totaal 44,98 euro. Tot nu toe heb ik alleen een bevestigingsnummer gehad. Op e-mails die ik stuur om te vragen wat er is krijg ik totaal geen reactie.

J'ai commandé un niveau avec mesureur d'angle et j'ai reçu un bête niveau avec l'angle en digital. J'ai écris beaucoup de mails mais jamais aucune réponse sauf un nr de suivi. DES VOLEURS UNE ARNAQUE
