Excellent service , I needed a survey and Mr Basharat arranged it at short notice. He was very thorough and produced a detailed report. Highly recommend.

Great service from BRICS Surveyors. They arrived on time and carried out a really thorough inspection. Another builder had told me there was an issue, but their detailed assessment showed everything was fine. Really honest, professional and saved me a lot of stress, highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish. Basharat gave me a courtesy call after the survey to provide a quick rundown so I was immediately informed about what to expect in the report. The report itself went into great detail-we got the Level 3-and provided recommendations where necessary. Basharat was also more than happy to chat with me about a couple of queries and explained these in further detail. Overall we’re very happy with our experience and would recommend BRICS.

What a breath of fresh air to have an experienced, very personable, professional, no nonsense and straight to the point surveyor! After having an awful experience with a different company & a surveyor who wrote his beliefs and not facts creating a nightmare for everyone involved, it has been an absolute pleasure to have Bash complete my level 3 survey. He is very informative, friendly and I will be recommending him to the estate agent I have used. If every person moving could experience this level of care and professionalism the whole UK buying/selling homes fiasco would be less of a headache. Great service. From start to finish, the communication has been superb. Once I’d received the report, I was advised to read, understand and to ensure I question anything I’m not sure on by the surveyor. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a home buyers report or a survey on a property.

Had a level 3 building survey done and these guys were amazing! The Surveyor Basharat was very helpful in answering all questions and provided a highly detailed report which helped us understand the condition of the house. We were also able to renegotiate the price and managed to save money so I would definitely recommend!!

A professional client-focused service from start to finish. I was offered a reasonable price for the level 3 survey and a visit was arranged soon after. I received a call from the Principal Surveyor after his visit and he talked me through his observations. I found it helpful and re-assuring to know about the overall condition of the property and any areas which needed more attention. I received a detailed level 3 report soon after.
