Excellent Service, Great Value Cover
Excellent experience. My regular garage can no longer afford to insure the courtesy car they provide when my van is in for MOT / Service, so I needed to find short term cover. My annual insurance provider wanted silly money for just a few days cover, so I went on Google and found Briefly.
Lovely and simple to use, easy to set up the policy and straightforward to get the documents. Cost of a weeks cover was great value and everything went as planned.
Really pleased with the service and will use Briefly again in the future.

Great for quick and short term insurance cover
Getting quick and adequate insurance is super easy with briefly. I have used them 3/4 times and am yet to be disappointed. I now have an account so my details are saved, making it easier to get a quote.
The site is also easy to navigate and prices are fairly reasonable.
The only drawback is they do not insure on luxury vehicles.

I got my dates slightly wrong for collecting a new car by a day are new insurance didnt start untill the next day. I found Brifly Cover, who covered me a days drive away, comprehensive insurance for a very cheap price, which was unexpected but gratefully accepted.

Ideal temporary cover
This worked really well for me as my insurance was coming to an end and I wanted to change companies. New one has cheap days so by using Briefly for the four days in between saved me £200. 😀

Absolutely do not use this company
Absolutely do not use this company. My ex wife used my car and arranged cover through these. She was rear ended in France. The 3rd party a French citizen admitted liability and provided his detail which was passed on to this company. They make little attempt to resolve the claim then refused to help. They eventually ignored all correspondence from my ex wife. We have had to raise a complaint with the financial ombudsman. They are a terrible company. Been 8 months to date and still no further forward.

Easy to complete and not too expensive
It was very easy to insure my van and not like most companies excessive premiums. It cost around 1/7th the price of my annual policy compared to some which were around 1/2 the cost of my annual premium. Only needed temp cover as changing my van but this is not due for a couple of weeks.

I never give reviews but this was exceptional, I wanted a quick no fuss insurance and in these circumstances you don't need pages of nonsense that waste your time and won't allow you opportunities establish if they are suitable
This company I'd found by luck just as I'd given up proceeding with the sale of my intended car
Very quick. Keeping you informed of if it is right for you and i spent more time writing this review than I did completing the application
Options for time frames required were very in customer's benefit also

Helping hand
