Order two pairs of shoes, took for ever to hear where they were only to find out that their carrier delivered to someone else. They said check with your neighbors, did that, no neighbors received them, email again then they sent picture of a White House mine is jet black, said since they were delivered no refund but I could re order and pay them again for shoes that I probably wouldn’t get again. This company is awful! No phone number so you can’t talk to anyone just email. Don’t get scammed like I did… pitiful company

I've ordered shoes....it didn't fit...I've e-mailed them and within minutes they answered my mail and sort my problem out....I've just received my new order (within 7 days of placing new order) and I love the shoes

Sizes were uncertain. They say order by your shoe size but then their chart is different. So it is confusing. 1 pair was too small

Shoes are of great quality & fit perfectly. Many times when I've ordered in the past the minimalist shoes were okay, but these are great so far & I don't foresee any let downs.

These shoes are more comfortable than I thought. I will never go back to traditional shoes.

These shoes are very comfortable.
At first I ordered the Women's 9 (EU 40), which is my normal size, but found them a little short for the end of my toes. I contacted the company and they sent me a new pair of Women's 10 (EU 41) for the cost of shipping, which fit better. If I order from them again, I'll order a size up, but the shoes themselves are great.

I bought this pair for my son because I love mine. I fell last year. This year I felt so much safer in my flexible boots and I was. I did not slip once. They are comfortable, warm and safe. The company sent them quickly and the price is good. My son loves them too.

Bought for my 89 yo mom. Getting her to wear them has fun but she does like them. They were a little tight but fit fine now.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have pain in my foot right below my little toe, which makes walking uncomfortable. I walk a lot at work at the airport. In these Bright footwear shoes I don't have any pain.
