Deposit percentage
I enjoy playing at Bright Bingo. However last week when making a deposit, I entered the code to get the 100% bonus. I didn't get it. When I spoke to live help, not very helpful I may add, I was informed that it didn't go through and I would have to make another deposit to receive it. Needless to say I didn't deposit again and did tell the girl how disappointed I was. I will be depositing again later, but if it happens again, then I will stop playing at Bright Bingo immediately......... As a little additive to this, I have just noticed that the closing date for these reviews was the 31st August, not bad because I only received it TODAY.....so guess I don't qualify for the bonus again........

We are really glad to see you enjoy our site, that is absolutely our goal. Unfortunately when depositing, any code must be entered at the time, otherwise it will not apply. If a code is missed, or does not apply due to user error, then it cannot be added retrospectively. It remains available for you to use until expiry, should you then wish to.
All you need to do is enter the code exactly as it is, in the Bonus text box.
Unfortunately a tiny little typo was made on the newsletter. However, great news! Your bonus is on the way - we are actually quite nice you know!

Well actually, it isn't. It's Cuthbert - however, we digress.
Unfortunately, as you will know, dry spells are par for the course when it comes to this kind of thing, but all of our games are fully regulated and licenced and play in accordance with both.

I think bright bingo is a good bingo site
Bright bingo is very cheap I've never been lucky at any other bingo site I tried this one and I've had a good few games and I was over the moon with my room jackpot win :-)
