High achieving daughter had stroke aged just 17yrs. 18 months later she is studying Math, chemistry and Biology. E has complex neurological problems but is 100% cognitive. Tutors have been equally amazing as E has and this is (E’s words) “when I am with my tutors I feel normal and like I was before my stroke”
We cannot thank the tutors enough for giving E hope and brain challenges.

It is not easy finding tutors who seem to make studying fun but I have now used Brightheart for my daughter who has ASD and ADHD and my younger son for
GCSEs. The tutors they provided have kept both children fully engaged and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Especially as both were disengaged and it was such a worry. They have happily done their tutoring sessions which is such a relief.

Bright heart and maya the tutor have been absolutely amazing throughout masons journey .Maya has been life changing towards masons outlook on the education system and they have thoroughly enjoyed their time together.I would like to show my gratitude and appreciation for all of your hard work and dedication to helping Mason on his journey and getting him ready for his transition back to school and I will definitely be staying in contact with maya as she wasn’t just a tutor she has become part of my family.I would 100 per cent recommend maya as a home tutor.

Our experience with Bright Heart has been wonderful. The teachers work so well with my son, taking the time to really understand his needs and finding the best ways to support him. Their patience, understanding, and genuine care have made such a positive difference in his confidence and attitude toward learning.

Bright Heart does an excellent job of hiring staff who are caring, compassionate, and well-equipped to work with children with SEN. It’s clear that each child is treated as an individual, and the support is tailored to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Bright Heart have been reliable and communicative. They sourced an excellent Computer Science tutor for A level who could teach C#. He was able to engage with creativity and go at the student's pace, identifying gaps which preventing him from keeping up with the class. Invoices are paid in advance for sessions and we are very satisfied and grateful for their help and expertise

Chelsea from the getgo, engaged with Bailee-Summer on a level that Bailee-Summer could relate to. She had such an energetic, passion, and empathy and made it fun for her whilst learning at an incredible rate.

Chelsea was a welcomed breath of fresh air when it came to teaching. It is a shame that there aren't more teachers/tutors like her in the industry. If there was, then maybe my daughter might have found it easier to stay in school!

Experienced support, with staff who really listen to your needs and help you find the right tutor

Having been registered with various agencies and having worked on some interesting jobs, it was not until I joined Bright Heart that I realised this really was a premium agency.
I found that the Bright Heart holistic approach suited my style of teaching - getting to know the children as individuals and their families first, building trust and rapport, thinking about their emotional and social needs and using this as a basis rather than focussing solely on academic learning.
Although obviously a business Bright Heart seems to genuinely care and want to do the best for its clients, team and tutors. I know that staff are prepared to spend time patiently listening to clients and pinpointing their exact needs. They are sincere, caring and committed to finding tutors who are a "good fit".
Bright Heart places a lot of importance on safeguarding and training for tutors. Before being appointed tutors undertake safeguarding and SEMH training. There are annual Nasen training events and social gatherings.These are good opportunities to learn from experts, to meet other tutors and exchange ideas.
I am glad I applied to be a Bright Heart tutor - one of my better decisions! They have made an effort to get to know me. When I phone up I often speak to the same person which is so much better than being passed from one department to another which used to happen in some of the larger tutoring agencies.
Bright Heart has enriched my life and I hope I can continue to work for them for many years!!

Jenny spent time explaining options to me that supported my conversation with the LA about my nephew's ongoing development needs. She demonstrated more awareness than some of the LA colleagues as to what is on offer. She also appeared well informed of my nephew's needs and gave me confidence she had his best interest at heart.
In addition, I have found Rosie so responsive and supportive. She provides information and anticipates questions etc. She is always organised and demonstrates full understanding of my nephew's needs.
Kavita as the tutor has built a bond and trusted relationship with my nephew which has been one of the most helpful contributions to his development. Her patience, guidance and academic skills are superior to any other tutor my nephew has experienced. She is also a good communicator and works well with my nephew's parents who struggle with the bureaucracy of the education system and local authority funding.

This company have a caring ethos. They are quick to respond and very supportive to their tutors .

I've been a tutor with Bright Heart for the last 4 years. I opted to teach online and so had the opportunity to work from around the world because of them. I'm grateful for all the fantastic experiences because of that. They give me so many great students, pay well, and have friendly staff that keep the bureaucracy down to a minimum.

Bright Heart started tutoring my child about one month ago. It is going very well so far. The tutors are knowledgeable, caring, patient and supportive. They have been keen to work with me to understand how to best support my child. The tuition is supported by Bright Heart’s Educational Consultant, who has also been very supportive and proactive. We are happy with how things are going so far.

Excellent personalized service for my son who has SEN. We have had two tutors via Brightheart and both have been wonderful in terms of building confidence and the skills of my child. Highly recommended.
