Great to quickly be put in touch with a tutor that is really helping my daughter. Very pleased with the process and the clear instructions as to how it all works and what it costs.

The Brightheart tutors are fantastic and have not only boosted my daughter's confidence,but improved her grades.

Bright Heart Education recommended to me a personal Tutor named John to provide private tutoring for my son once a week with a focus of Maths. John was amazing with my son and during the 1 year he made learning fun and engaging for him. My son has additional learning needs and John remained consistently patient, firm yet very understanding with him. It’s a shame that he is retiring as he is very good at what he does. Thank you Bright Heart Education for all your help !

Very good tuition but quite expensive.

We found bright heart online we were looking for a tutor to come to our home and do face to face as our son has adhd and gets very easily distracted .
We explained a bit about our sons levels of learning ect and They found us the perfect tutor Ed , he was absolutely fantastic he quickly got to see how Jamie worked and could see his strengths and weaknesses, my son actually looked forward to having lessons. He improved so much in both his English and maths he went on to do his GCSEs with a lot more confidence.

We were very happy with the tutor Sama. She was very patient and understanding taking her time with my son. She was also very punctual and professional about her approach to teaching. Overall we find bright heart education very good with communication and very polite.

Bright heart took a little time to research and find an appropriate tutor for my daughter. The short wait was worth the while and my daughter couldn’t like her tutor more. She is beginning to learn and retain new maths information in the focussed but fun lessons with her new tutor. We are very happy.

Stephanie helped our son a lot. The lessons were perfectly structured, progressive and enjoyable. Our son was never bored and enjoyed the hour long sessions.

We have been using a couple of different tutors in the last couple of years to support the learning process of our daughter who has special needs. Habiba - the tutor who has been working on a regular basis with our daughter - is an excellent tutor, able to use creative teaching methods and make learning a positive experience. Our daughter has made significant progress at school, thank you, Habiba!

I started looking for a tutoring position in September 2018 and interviewed at several agencies. Though these were successful, I only accepted one of the job offers – a role at Bright Heart Education. When I was interviewed by Ryan and Simon at Bright Heart Education, I was struck by their passion and commitment – not only did they care about the students, they cared about the tutors. Their heart based approach set them apart from the others, they genuinely care and are very grounded in their ethos. Over the years, they have been consistently supportive and have always made the time to speak and communicate with both clients and tutors alike. A lot of thought and care goes into their process of finding the ‘perfect fit’ for the student and the tutor – it has been really successful and I have had so many wonderful fulfilling roles due to this. I am very appreciative of their dedication to support tutors such as myself, as well as the students and clients. They ‘round out’ a fantastic support system for each individual. Furthermore, their approach to safeguarding is thorough and efficient meaning that we are confident in our approach and abilities. Joining the team at Bright Heart Education in 2018 has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I could not recommend them enough.

Kane is very patient with Tilly , constructive and an excellent teacher . we did have some confusion over a lesson date when he didn't turn up but everyone makes mistakes and I may not have been clear. We are very happy with the English work he is doing with Tilly and she comments on him doing a good job.

We were very happy with the experience we had with bright heart education. They really took the time to accommodate my daughters needs and found the best places tutor which we were really happy with. The team were always very approachable and understanding and always communicated very well with us. Simona is an excellent tutor - my son really struggles with maths because of his dyscalculia , and as a consequence loathes maths lessons- but asked for further sessions after his first session with her

Finding specialist tutors is not easy. Speaking to Brightheart for the first time felt reassuring as they do understand all learners and different learning styles as well as neurodiversity. We were matched with a young tutor who is very capable, easy to communicate with in order to schedule sessions and is adaptable. He is a good role model for our son and gives us good advice. Our tutor Klevis is well prepared and really cares about the academic and pastoral well being of our son. Klevis was able to build rapport with our son in the first session and paces the lessons well. Klevis is an experienced and caring tutor. Highly recommend.

Quick response, detailed input, look for resolutions

We spent time finding the right fit for a tutor for our son for maths. It was worked out so well and our son is doing well with the extra support. It is a real value adding effort.
The tutor, Harris is amazing, he spends time building the relationship around football, which our son loves. But also ensures work is done and uses lots of interactive approaches. We also have good communication and flexibility around the lessons.
Well done Bright Heart Education and Harris you are doing a really good job!

Our tutor is really calm and 100% focused on our son. He has settled really well into the tutoring and happy to spend the full hour on it - I even have to prompt him that 'time's up!'
