Scammer!!! Go away!

Хочу поделиться негативным опытом и обманом который произошёл 06.10.2025.Я так понимаю,что эта та же компания,что и Brightspremium.com
С меня сняли 299 евро,продержали на переписке через эл.почту 1,5 мес.пока я поняла, что меня обманули и мой фeн Dyson не пришлют...Когда попросила возврата денег-они замолчали.
Отзывы об этой компании во время покупки были хорошие,но после выявления мошенничества заглянув ещё раз на сайт Trustpilot-было огромное количество негативных отзывов,обманутых и обварованных людей... Значит все эти "хорошие" отзывы нереальны и фиктивны,придуманы ботами!
Итак,фирма типо "немецкая",но счёт эстонский EE387700771011757626 компании UUS KAUBATEE OÜ,личность Saryas Sabunchi 39108040157.Он также совладелец другой компании Dominus Mentis OÜ вместе с Gven Hallop (которая на данный момент ликвидируется).

Reading these reviews and still seeing they are still trading is crazy. I purchased a Dyson Hair Styler last year. No product and same response for a refund every time. They have no products and never intend to send any. Please be aware this is a scam. I got my money back from Revolut but some people might not be so lucky!
They removed 2 reviews because trustpilot believe they are in the right. These are a pure Scam please avoid

fake non-existent store. thieves. I ordered the product and did not receive it, I asked for a refund, they do not return it either. They say that they are a German company, but the payment went to an Estonian company. beware of these scammers. I have all the evidence, a chat with them, a payment document.

These clowns are still trading. Still stealing people's hard-earned cash. I never received my product nor a refund, and 10 months later, I know I won't. They will cry to big brother (Trustpilot) about this review, citing defamation! And Trustpilot will bow to them, and either take down this genuine review or ask me to 'moderate' it!!!

Ordered a Dyson airwrap September 2024, no item & no refund!!!

I’ve contacted them numerous times & no reply. I’m getting legal advice as this is not acceptable at all

In November I ordered from this website Dyson Airstrait. I never received it and also no money refund. They stole from me 400 eur and this how this webpage works.. Please avoid ordering from them anything, if you don't want to lose your money!

I ordered a Dyson hair product from Bright Electronics six months ago, and they never fulfilled their delivery commitment. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive either the product or a refund. What’s even more frustrating is that they have completely ignored all my emails.

This is not a small amount of money, and I can only imagine how many others have gone through the same ordeal without ever getting what they paid for. At this point, it feels like a well-orchestrated scam, and they seem to be getting away with it repeatedly.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Six months is an unacceptable wait time, and the lack of customer service is alarming. If you are considering buying from them, I strongly advise against it. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!

Scam. I reported it before but Trust Pilot allows fake bot reviews which make it look like a real business. We reported their webpage again and we hope they’ll finally take it down before more people gets scammed

This Website is a scam. They take our money and they don't send anything. They don't do refunds. Real cheaters.
