Unfortunately a similar experience to others. Ordered a Dyson air straight. Bright did not supply the item & kept saying delivery problem with no proof of shipment info so we cancelled after a month. All subsequent attempts to obtain a refund have failed so far so we are having to try and recover through our credit card provider as it seems they also charged twice. Seems to be many similar reviews all relating to Dyson hair products.

These are scammers, do not buy from them!

Do not use this site. It's a scam, they take payment and do not send the product.
When asked for a refund I was fobbed off.

They are totally SPAM, I ordered in Sep, request refund as nothing reach me. Until now, still no refund. They just reply to your email saying fund is on the way.

I have noticed that they now only let payment by bank transfer.

Please do not do this, the chances of getting your money back from a bank transfer is very slim.

I guess they've removed card payment methods due to charge backs recouping money.

Also, Trust pilot removing reviews warning people is not a good look.

We ordered a Dyson hair dryer 3 months ago and paid the product.
Until today no product has been delivered.
Have requested dozens of times when it will come.

In late September I ordered a Dyson airwrap. I have received six apologies saying there are more delays with shipping
I purchased three hairdryers. Same thing has happened. Now I have asked for my money to be refunded and told I have to wait up to 14 days. Cheaper products provide very very poor customer service

Brights Electronics shipped the Dyson360 Vis Nav Robot Vacuum Cleaner quickly. The delivery was well coordinated, and the product arrived in perfect condition, with all parts intact.

Complete scam don’t fall for it! Hope they get arrested.

Do not buy. Dey show but do not offer VISA payment only bank transfers so you cannot call the money back. I thought I would not fail in a scam as experienced internet buyer but I did.
HOW CAN IT HAVE 4,2 in trustpilot??

WARNING: This is not a real company. You will never receive what you ordered and they will promise a refund that will never be sent. After two weeks they won’t respond and you’ll realize you’ve been robbed.

Be smart and do research before ever giving your cc to an online company with no phone number.
