I am still waiting for my £335 back from this company. I have been emailing their customer service since the beginning of August and now they are not even making false promises, they're just not answering any of my emails. They've just stole my money and run. Do not send them any money, YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING FOR IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK. They are PROLIFIC SCAMMERS!

I ordered a Dyson Airstrait on 25th August from Brights Electronics and was informed that it would take 5-10 days to be delivered. It wasn't and I was told there were supply problems. I was given another delivery date. No delivery so I cancelled the order and was informed this would take 7-14 business days to refund my money. They have used delaying tactics and excuses throughout our numerous emails One month after I cancelled the order and I have not received a refund. It's over 2 months since the order was placed. Appalling service I would not recommend using this company!

I placed an order, waited 10 days, wrote to them, then became suspicious because I hadn’t received a tracking number. I canceled the order, waited another 5–15 days, and they blamed Stripe. Then I received an email asking me to wait 1–2 business days, but I received nothing. Contact your bank immediately. They are scammers and unscrupulous liars with silly excuses. They deserve -1 star. And 1 star I too much for them.

I ordered a Dyson Air wrap on 9 October 2024 (order 19356) and was told that it would be delivered with 5 -10 days. I chased on 19th October as to where the product was and got no reply. I have emailed the company again today. The response to my second email was to claim that they had never received any correspondence from me (despite it being on the email chain) and for Stefan in customer services to call me an animal for contacting them. Unbelievable and truly shocking.
Is this a fake company? Have I been scammed?
I have now contacted the company 7 times asking for delivery information and apart from the email from Stefan, there has been no response to my request for delivery information.
We now think this is a fraud situation and have contacted our credit card company accordingly to block payment and get a refund.

WARNING!!!!! I want to warn everyone—Brights Electronics is a SCAM WEBSITE!
Brights Electronics did NOT send my products, and they will NOT provide me with a refund!!! They falsely claimed that there were issues processing a refund through STRIPE. As a Stripe business owner, I am able to have direct contact with Stripe and they have confirmed that Brights Electronics has no transactions on record with them. In fact, Stripe confirmed that this company does not even use their services, further proving it is a fraudulent operation.

After further investigation, I discovered that this company is operating from Sharjah, UAE, not Germany as they falsely claim on here. When payments are made to them through their website, they trace back to Sharjah UAE, which has been verified by my bank.
This is a fake website run by scammers!!!!!!

If you're considering buying from them, DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!! You won’t receive your product, and you certainly won’t get a refund.

I URGE EVERYONE TO READ THE 1-STAR REVIEWS FROM REAL INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!! The 4 - 5 star reviews are AI fake reviews.

Delayed delivery on very expensive item. I'm starting to wonder will I ever receive it and if this company is legitimate

These are scammers. And there are all the signs of a financial pyramid. We have already requested a refund via chargeback. We also requested an inspection of this company through our channels in order to initiate disconnection from payment systems.

I have ordered the Dyson air strait in August and it’s now end of October nothing has arrived. I have email multiple times and they just reply me with bots, no customer service quality whatsoever. I have also ordered an Apple Watch and asked for a refund after in mid September and no refund was being processed. They have held at least £500 and doing nothing about it.

This is SCAMMERS!!!!!! Don't trust them!!!!!!!!

They talk the same story to all customers. I wait the refund over 3 weeks, deadline is past, they told me 3-5 working extra because the process through Stripe, and they have no ability to interfere with their processing timelines nor their automatic system.

Scammers. Never order anything here. At the end of July I ordered a Dyson, paid, waited 2-3 weeks, it never arrived, I wrote to them what the problem was, to which they replied "maybe your parcel got lost, we will send it again" I waited for the next Dyson and it never arrived again. After which I demanded to return my money back, they said that they would return my money within 14 days. The second month they still have not returned my money. In the end, I did not receive either the Dyson or the money back. They will deceive you and take your money!!! You should know this!! Never buy anything here!

These companies are getting more clever. There is no doubt that this is a fake company. They have no intentions to deliver your purchased items or refund your money. Please report this company as a fraud. All their locations, they have mentioned, they are not registered as a company. All the positive reviews are AI generated and is about the product itself not their services. Their customer service will try and give you hope by letting you know that the product will arrive soon, but that is just to buy time. Never arrived and I waited for 2 months.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! YOU will lose your money. All the positive comments are generated.

I can;t believe Trustpilot are still publishing the fake reviews for this company. Please beware it is a scam based in the UAE. They take your money but do not send and do not refund. There are countless reports here if you filter by 1 star reviews. The rest are fakes. Report to Google!

I ordered something and then I saw the reviews and I'm wondering if my order will arrive because we're like they canceled if from the 16th of October and they took it to the 23rd and I'm waiting for it to arrive but from what I see in the comments it won't arrive is there anyone who has received their order ;

Brights Electronics are fraudsters! Do not trust them. The European Consumer Centre has confirmed that they are online scammers, and the police are aware of their activities as well. They refuse to refund customers and constantly blame others for their failures. All the positive reviews you see are written by them! There are countless reports of their scam tactics all over the internet.
Always verify a website’s trustworthiness on scamadviser.com before making a purchase. Stay away from Brights Electronics—they are nothing but thieves hiding behind a fake business!

Following a series of missed deadlines, false promises and ultimately non delivery of a Dyson Airwrap, a birthday gift for my wife, I requested a refund which they stated would be issued in 15 working days. Surprise, surprise they have not issued this refund and I am still out of pocket. Words cannot describe how awful this company is!

All positive reviews are about products not the service itself. I’ve looked up the company’s headquarters and warehouses and they’re just rental units with short term leases. Please be smart, they’ve taken my money and I don’t know will I ever get it back. They’ve stop responding to emails and won’t issue my refund. Don’t shop here, please
