Die auf der Website angeführte Lieferzeit wurde massivst überschritten.
Bestellung 17.09.25, Lieferung Mitte November und das erst nachdem ich bei paypal einen Fall eröffnet hatte.
Kontaktaufnahme unmöglich.
Einmal und nie wieder.

Habe meine erste Bestellung vom 10.07.25 im guten Zustand am 30.08.25 erhalten.
Bin positiv von der M4A1 überrascht und freue mich auch auf den 10% Discount. Die Ware ist super, nur leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen bezüglich der Lieferzeit, also zumindest wird man als Kunde bei euch zu wenig benachrichtigt was die Bestellung/Paketlieferung anbetrifft. Klar je weiter weg der Lieferort desto länger dauert es, aber man sollte wenigstens eine kurze E-Mail erhalten (Wann die Ware versandbereit ist), (Wann die Ware versendet wurde) und wenn möglich (Wann die Ware in dem Land eintrifft in dem bestellt wurde). Das ist noch so der Kritikpunkt bei euch, ansonsten sind die Produkte einwandfrei. Für geduldige Menschen ist das trotzdem eine gute Webseite. Empfehle ich weiter. ;)

Nach 2 Wochen wurde nichtmal die Bestellung bearbeitet. Versand liegt in weiter Ferne. Eine Stornierung ist angeblich nur 6 Stunden nach der Bestellung möglich. Überlegt euch, ob ihr da wirklich bestellen wollt. Werde PayPal einschaltet müssen. Ich verstehe nicht, wer in der heutigen Zeit 2 Wochen zum Versand eines Artikels braucht. Natürlich steht da das der Artikel vorrätig ist, ist wohl nicht der Fall.
Update: Heute ist der 13.08.25(Bestellt 22.07.25) ware ist immer noch nicht versendet.

Update:
Die Waffe ist endlich angekommen. Beim Auspacken habe ich festgestellt, dass die Waffe nicht in der Original Verpackung war. Der Schaft ist auch anders und es war keine Brille dabei. Der Lauf der Waffe ist lose und die angebauten Teile wackeln. Mann kan nicht am Griff festgalten, da es sonst leicht abbrechen könnte. Beim Magazin war ein Kabel nicht ausreichend verlötet, dehalb hatte die Waffe Aussetzer. Das Visier ist auch kein holografischer Visier. Auf den Fotos ist ein EO Tech Visier abgebildet, dass bekommt man nicht! Nur so ein biliges Teil.

Reklamation:
Wass soll ich dazu sagen. Keine Akzeptanz der Fehler der Waffe, man wird nur mit immer weiterem Frage und Nachfragen nach mehr Foto und Videos hingehalten. Keine Einsehen, dass der Kunde recht hat. Ich habe das Magazin Reklamiert mit Foto. Die Sagen es ist kein Problem. Und siehe da, wenn das Kabel von einem Kollegen neu verlötet wurde, gibt es auf einmal keine Aussetzer. Aber laut Verkäufer, war alles ok. Der Griff war lose, weil im Lauf zwei Schrauben vergessen wurden. Leider kommt man da nicht dran, es sein denn man hat mini Finger. Laut Verkäufer gehören die Schraube nicht dahin, da solle keine Sein. Habe dazu eine Video geschickt, das hat denen auch nicht gefallen. Ich hatte dann die Nerven nicht dazu und habe abgebrochen. De Verkäufer hat Recht, der Kunde ist ein Niemand.

Bought the Glock blaster for my grandson. Blaster was not loading properly. Contacted service and they apologized and immediately sent a replacement. Shipping time is rather long, but the service is outstanding and professional.....grandson loves the product and I can't wait to try it.

J’ai reçu la P90 rose et la P90 noir ce matin, on a pu profiter avec ma copine et se déclarer la guerre.
C’était une super expérience, les armes fonctionnent très bien, sont faciles d’utilisation et le service après vente a répondu très rapidement à mes questions.

Giving them 3 stars made me think that Im too generous already.
For me 2.5 Star is already more than enough.
I order a High End Gelblaster SLR CQB V4 on Feb 29. My order arrived on my Doorstep on March 20.
Email response time from them will take them 2 Days to answer.
Shipping your order will take 16 days for them to hand it over to a carrier. Hence thats why it took 20days for my order to arrived.
My take on this website that there are not Genuine on the status on their warehouse stock wether they have it or not.
Communication with them is also not good as i tried to cancel my item through paypal as i already lose hope from them but still they didnt do it and insist that my order will be with me in next couple of days and their couple of days is 20days.
Overall my experience is not Great and not even Good but the GelBlaster arrived in Great Condition thats why instead of 2.5 star i give them 3 star.

This website is a Scam or they just completely oblivious on there order. No response on any email and no update regarding my order.
