Lovely frames and a great price

From entering to leaving the store it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, no pressure to buy or rush.
It's professional but friendly, lots of frames to choose from and loads cheaper than other opticians.
Would recommend to everyone 😊😊

A brilliant personal but professional service

Excellent place to go for eye test and glasses. Would definitely recommend

A fantastic professional service.
Very good choice of glasses, and very knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and good priced glasses

When my old glasses broke Renew put the lenses in a new frame at no charge. Renee is friendly patient and doesn't rush you when you're choosing you new frames

Amazing staff, good service and excellent product

Always great service and excellent value!

Fantastic service

Went last year and when I saw they’d closed but over the moon Renee reopened. Super service all round

Welcoming environment and extremely helpful. Renee and Joanne made the whole experience very easy. The icing on the cake is I got three pairs of reading glasses for less than £60. Would highly recommend anyone needing new glasses to pop along. They have a vast range to suit all budgets.

Always friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Very reasonable fixed prices

Renee's warm demeanor and welcoming personality put me at ease immediately upon arrival very knowledgeable and professional service would thoroughly recommend her.

My second visit to Brillen and as before Renee did not disappoint. Renee and Jo the optometrist are both really friendly and professional, they really compliment each other and its clear they have a great working relationship. This is such a refreshing environment to be in. My glasses are lovely and second pair of prescription sunglasses are fantastic. Pricing is such a massive difference from my previous experiences with well known high street stores that push you into the most expensive frames. My two pairs of high spec glasses cost me a lot less than previously for just one pair. Overall I cannot recommend highly enough.
