George and the rest of his team were exceptional! I was in a hurry to get my floors sanded and refinished before moving in and they completed the job within three days and went above and beyond. They also helped me reposition a radiator. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with George and his team has been AMAZING! They absolutely transformed my apartment! They sanded the existing wood floor, changed the carpet to wood in the bedroom and made sure the floor in all rooms connects properly (no metal separator) and got it exactly in the lighter tone I was looking for.

The quote I got before the Job was exactly with what it ended. No extra charges despite helping me with other things around the house which were not their duty (removing broken dishwasher, moving around furniture and washing machine, fixed broken wood in kitchen...you name it!). Things you find others charge you for when researching it.

The quote you will receive will be in a proper document format, laying out in detail what each item cost. Both labour and materials costs are broken down into detailed items.

I left them with the keys to my flat and they treated it with the utmost respect, handing it over in the best condition I have seen it.

What I would like to commend them on more than anything is their flexibility.
I had to wait for permission from the landlord of my leasehold to approve changing the carpet and George agreed to start with sanding the rooms that already had wood floors and patiently waited a week for me to get the relevant approvals to continue the job at no extra cost.

When George comes to see the site and give you a quote, you will understand the man lives and breathes wood flooring and is an extreme perfectionist.

I made my decision based online reviews like this one, reading countless reviews on several platforms because I am simply clueless about wood floors and therefore want to leave my 2 cents as well.
I will never look elsewhere for flooring.

Nice to find a company that were able to meet all my flooring requirements. We wanted a custom colour which we couldn't just find online or in a flooring store, so these guys made it for us! they were able to build a matching staircase and use the same colour on all our chosen wooden accents.
