Twice I've ordered samples from Brilliant Wood Flooring. Twice they didn't send out anything. Which is a pity as not many suppliers seem to do high quality Versailles flooring panels and BWF look to have an excellent range. But business on results boys. Have decided to spend my £3k with a competitor that quickly sent out all the samples I requested, plus more, plus biscuits, plus tea bags and who were willing to negotiate a 20% discount! So I'm giving one star back to BWF as it's worked out alright in the end. Thank you for your inaction.

Ordered a sample for a client and immediately received a confirmation email, this is a good as it gets!
No sample every arrival and no replies to any emails I sent. Not sure if this is even a company

George has truly been amazing. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the product. He put his heart into his business and really cares about his clients. Amazing floors he created for us!

I am absolutely delighted with the service I received from Brilliant Wood Flooring. The engineered wood floor for my stairs and the landing arrived this morning. It looks stunning!!! I am truly grateful for the effort and work that George had gone into to make a bespoke distressed antique planks and match the existing floor I have in other room. The wood quality of those planks and the detail shown after the oil has been applied is remarkable. A truly beautiful piece of work and craftsmanship! Thank you so much, greatly appreciate the effort.

I recently had the whole house fitted with new flooring by George and his team, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only the end result looks brilliant, but the entire process was smooth. George was incredibly patient and professional and ensured I was happy with the flooring finish before starting the job, without rushing the decision. I opted for a bespoke finish that George created perfectly to achieve the exact tone I had in mind.

I had the bedrooms fitted with planks and the living area with chevron, all in the same finish. When it came to the stairs, we could not add risers to them due to challenges in the way they are structured, but George found a creative way to clad them to ensure the whole property had a nice flow and was seamless.

From start to end, the service was professional, efficient, and full of attention to detail. George takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in the craftsmanship and quality. I highly recommend Brilliant Wood Flooring, thank you George and team!

The team at Brilliant Wood Flooring listened carefully to what we wanted and produced some custom samples of engineered wood parquet flooring for us to choose from.

One of the samples, which BWF produced ‘in-house’, was perfect. We placed a large order which was delivered as promised, within a tight timeframe.

Our fitter commented that the flooring was of a very high quality, which made it easy to lay.

We were so pleased with the finish that we placed a second order to cover the rest of the downstairs area.

BWF were able to match perfectly the finish / colour of the first order and, once again, delivered within a tight timeframe.

We received excellent service throughout the purchase and supply process and the quality of the product is excellent. We’re delighted with the finish.

Excellent service from samples to delivery. Superior quality product. Had loads of samples from many different companies and this was by far the best finish, high spec aat an excellent price. Highly recommended.

George (MD & ops) and Mark (Sales) run a luxury flooring business incl engineered wood. The substrate is an 8-layer mix of hardwoods with a nice 4mm oak top strip. Colouring, incl bespoke, is good and our Dark Shadow Oak had the requisite grey hue our client was after. Supply out of stock was next day. Polite, friendly and with good follow up (chat, email) the company met our (high) expectations. The product was on inspection and installation found to be up to demanding requirements. Highly recommended and we will return. George even threw in valued advice on recolouring an existing hardwood floor.

You have exceeded our expectations, our wood floor is absolutely stunning, and we cannot thank you enough for what you have done. The 2 Romanian flooring guys were very hard working, no trouble whatsoever, and you thought of us with timing the works with least impact on us, very few tradesmen do that nowadays. I would strongly recommend this company and if we ever need anything doing to the wood floor again I know who to contact.

Have used George and colleagues twice now. Both times to sand and re polish different wooden floors. Their service and quality of workmanship is excellent achieving the same level of finish across the whole of each floor even in the hard to access points behind pipes under fixed seating etc. Pricing is sensible and the process is amazingly dust free. The first floors were done 5 years ago but are still as good as when the guys first finished the re-polish. The photos show the work done last week in our Shepherd’s Hut. Highly recommended.

Love our new floor, so beautiful. So glad we found this company. Helpful, friendly and professional. They were very responsive when I asked them many questions. After I placed the order I asked them to hold onto them as our flat wasn’t big enough to store everything for our flat renovation. They kindly did. And when the builders realised they’d need more planks (somehow I miscalculated the amount we needed), they found what we needed quickly and George kindly delivered them in person.

We recently had our original wood floors restored and George and team did an amazing job - we are so pleased with the results! We needed the work to be completed quite last minute after completing on a new property and to a tight timeline before our move in date and George was able to fit us in and guarantee the works would all be completed on time - which they were! Communication and service was great as is the finished floor.
