I just completed my first transaction with Briskpe and the experience has been very good so far. The charges are best I found in the market, with instant FIRA for compliance. Also the transaction was settles within 1-2 working days.

The team has been exceptionally helpful and has maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I've used many PA-CBs in the market, but they truly went above and beyond. Their fees are likely the lowest in the market, and they also provide instant e-FIRA.

Very slow and lazy in clearing payments. Needs repeated followup with multiple people to get our overseas payments cleared despite all details being clear.

This is a Complete Scam. They refunded our payments to our clients even after our account was verified, took all our documents, and did all the steps. Once Funds get, hold, and are refunded. Waste of time and no professionalism.

I am an accountant providing service in US. Hitherto I was getting checks from my clients and it was such a headache and inefficient. BriskPe is a promising platform with reliable support and decent functionality. If they can bring more transparency in forex conversions, refine the UI, and adjust the fee structure for higher amounts, it will become far more attractive for both occasional and frequent users.

There are a few areas where improvements can make the user experience even better.

Charges & Fees: The transaction fee of 0.75% + 18% GST feels manageable for smaller amounts. However, as the transaction amount increases, the charges also scale up significantly, which may not be ideal for high-value transfers. Notably, even though the first transaction is free, GST is still deducted on the transaction fee, which should be clarified upfront.

User Interface (UI): The app’s UI is decent but could be made more intuitive and user-friendly. A cleaner design and smoother navigation would enhance the overall experience.

Forex Conversion Transparency: One key drawback is that the app does not mention the exact time when forex rates are applied/converted. This lack of transparency can leave users uncertain about the accuracy of the final conversion rate.

Customer Support: On the positive side, customer support is responsive and reliable. Most of my queries were resolved on time, and the support team has been helpful. That said, there is still room for improvement in terms of proactive assistance and faster resolution times.

The overall process from onboarding to go live was very smooth. Their sales team member - Amit, was super helpful in guiding us with the document requirements as well as explaining any additional document requests that were received. Our dedicated relationship manager Dharti is equally good. She is prompt, proactive, and goes the extra mile to help her clients. The payment settlement experience is smooth; the money gets credited within a day of the payment getting processed. With newer features like invoice generation getting added, this is a platform worth considering for cross-border payments. The only reason for me not to give them a 5-star rating is the experience we've had with their payment gateway partner PayU for getting access to generating payment links. Despite multiple submissions to explain the nature of the business, calls with them along with the Briskpe team, they just could not comprehend it. If you are looking to collect payments via ACH and SWIFT, Briskpe should be your go-to platform.

I m very grateful that my account in Briskpe. Related to app feature which is now esier and friendly to use and can see all trasnactions payment easily. Really awesome experience with bank as well as working staff really they are supporting even for small problems also. Highly recommended from myside.

Briskpe and entire team are wonderful people with great solution for receiving foreign remittances. The portal is very simple and convenient. Their portal usage charges very competitive and there is no forex conversion charges, which is very good. Also FIRC is generated instantly which is great.

I have used Razorpay, Paypal and many others service providers, but this one is the best. I could not find anyone beating this.
