Completed a trauma diffusion session following a critical incident. Judd was highly knowledgeable about trauma and its effects on mental health, the body and stress levels, was compassionate and supportive, and facilitated the session well. Would highly recommend without any hesitation to anyone wishing to undergo brief intervention in order to process trauma following incidents.
