I found Britannia online by chance and then received a call the next morning - Andrew was super helpful and reassuring, he explained everything that I wasn’t sure about with our existing policy and then he found us a policy with better cover at a much lower price. The whole process was easy and Andrew was very efficient.
Andrew was very professional and extremely communicative throughout the whole process, explaining everything very clearly to us.
A superb client experience end to end which in today’s world is extremely rare!

Britannia Health Insurance is a broker. The company is relatively new. Andrew is knowledgable, efficient and professional. Health insurance companies chop and change their offering regularly. I tended to stick, rather than research and change. Andrew did the legwork and provided the advice that led to a substantial (>25%) saving in premium for little or no change in coverage. Highly recommended….and their advice is free!
Really happy with my cover. Andy is super knowledgeable and found the best cover for my family, including my son ensuring there wasn't an exclusion for him. I reached out to Andrew from Britannia Health Insurance based on a family member’s recommendation. My health Insurance was due for renewal and I was not entirely happy with my existing provider. Andrew compared like with like and secured a much cheaper quote providing better value for money. I would definitely recommend his services.
