Suppria Latoya has been a star in getting our mortgage approved with good deal.. to be honest our financial situation was a bit tricky with business and employment involved and we thought that we wouldn't be able to sort it out but with all the guidance, mortgage application went through smooth. Latoya helped me obtain a mortgage on my first residential home in Berkshire, and she was particularly helpful in obtaining a mortgage with 15% deposit when rest of the brokers could only give me a mortgage with 25%. Professional and very helpful. The services provided when I was buying my house especially during a pandemic and a first time buyer was very good. The stress that comes with a house buy was eased and Harry who I dealt with helped set my expectations to a realistic level all through. I could not have worked with a better broker. The only slight downside is the pricing which is higher than others in the market but well worth it!!
