Really impressed with the service I received. Oliver was very thorough with his advice and communication was first rate at every stage of the process. Prompt and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend to others.

Oliver has been brilliant from introduction to completion. He’s organised our mortgage, kept us up to date throughout the process and organised our life insurance and home insurance in line with our needs. He’s made everything so easy.

I was tentative about using a mortgage advisor where I pay the fee, rather than the bank, however it has been the best decision. As I was then considered the client, Oliver was acting within my interests rather than the banks, trying to get me the best deal and taking my personal circumstances into consideration.

Overall, exceptionally pleased with the service and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Completed the purchase of a property with a mortgage arranged by financial Solutions last week and I couldn’t rate them more highly.
Oliver was my advisor, and right from the beginning he was courteous and professional. Stephen has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process - in a matter of days he secured a mortgage for me at a very competitive rate, with a large, trusted provider. Stephen also spent time to talk me through the mortgage offer to ensure I was comfortable with the terms before I accepted the mortgage.

The personal and professional service provided by Stephen has put me - a first time buyer - at ease, and has made the financial aspect of the house buying process as stress free as possible.

I was told that my credit card debt would be eliminated but that was far from the truth. My debt was 5600 before FS got involved. It is now 9600 after several months of late charge fees & the 2400 that FS took from my card. Shame on them. And they said it would not affect my credit score. They now tell me that my credit card company, Discover, will accept 6434 which I can pay off monthly with no more interest. I have no choice but to accept these terms but if FS had never called my this balance would be around 3500. So I am not a happy camper.

Oliver worked some magic. I'm self-employed and have always heard and knew how hard / complex it could be getting a mortgage.

Oliver was able to get me AIP which was a lot higher than another broker I initially went too.

Oliver re-assured from me from the start, walked me through the process and was very very patient when it came to the paperwork especially around HMRC, my accountant and myself always be a little anxious about getting accepting or not!

In the end he was able to get me a VERY reasonable mortgage, without any massive issues and the fact it all went through quick!
