taxi was easy to book, driver was available within very short booking time (booked at 2300 for the ride/pickup to happen at 0630 in the morning), email+sms confirmation of a booking was clear and informative, picture of the driver was a nice touch.
Driver arrived spot on time, professional and friendly, car was clean and nice, ride was efficient and driver took reasonable route. 5 stars, no complaints.

I booked this car service because I wanted a car seat for my 6 month old on our journey. My flight arrived early and they weren’t able to accommodate the early arrival which is fair enough. I then received word that the transport would be 15 minutes late. However the driver showed up 35 minutes late. I understand London traffic can be heavy so this was also fine. I did not appreciate that the eta kept shift and when I was told the driver is in Heathrow, he will see me in two minutes, it took another 15 minutes before I saw the driver.

None of this warrants the 1 star review. What DOES warrant it is that when I got to the car and saw the car seat, my heart and stomach dropped. This car seat was 11 years old- well past it’s expiration date. Not only did the car seat look old, it looked rough. The foam of the car seat was completely detached, meaning that the car seat is unusable and dangerous to place my daughter in. For a car service, it’s is disgusting that they would even offer such a seat for a child to sit in! No professional car service should ever let something like this be used. The entire reason I booked this service and not take a black cab, was to have the car seat. I complained but they would do nothing to help, and now have been waiting for a call from the manager for 4 days. The entire ordeal still upsets me, as I had no alternative transport to my destination and had to hold my daughter in my lap. The driver didn’t even take extra care when driving, knowing how scared I was to hold my daughter while driving through London.

If you have kids and want a car seat, but don’t care if they live or die- then this is the right car service for you!

Also, they did offer 15% discount for being late- which I didn’t ask for but thanks. Then they gave 50% discount because of the car seat. It should have been fully refunded honestly. Not feeling safe in a car is not something I would pay for ever.

I canceled my return trip with them and asked why the manager hasn’t called me still. I was told he would call the first business day back. Instead, he’s now on ‘holiday till end of the month.’ Maybe that’s why this service is horrible. He’s too busy going on last minute trips than actually making sure they are fully in compliance.

Was a frequent customer of theirs for a while but they do not reward loyalty... Last few trips from east London to Heathrow and back they drove us all through central London which took longer than the motorway so that they could save petrol money... Worse part is that the central london route is bumpy and makes us all sick by the end of the journey... When I requested they take the faster smoother route via the motorway they declined saying the driver has the right to choose the route! So driver can drive us around the mulberry bush if he wanted, paying customer has no say!

Seven hours after my booking received an email stating cancelled and payment voided. No answer on phone line. This left me 90 mins to find alternative transport. Also, still took my money...

Very poor. Booking accepted and money taken only to receive a call at 8pm the night before my journey to tell me they couldn’t do it. Never again

Used 6 times now and the service was great every time.

We arrived at Stansted airport earlier than expected. The driver Nada was ontime, clean car.
Execllent communication from the company.
I will not hesitate to refer your services to my friends and family.

A one star is incredibly generous. They cancelled my airport transfer from the Southampton to Heathrow with about 30 - 40 minutes to spare. But it’s ok because they offered me a “solution” their solution was to offer me a refund. Wow thanks for that!!! Or another driver could come out 45 minutes later.

I explained this would mean I would miss my flight. They could not have cared less. And kept telling they were offering me a solution. Their solutions were appalling.

I was unable to find another driver at such late notice and my worst nightmare happened and I missed my flight. I was travelling for an important medical procedure which had to be delayed.

I would not wish this traumatic experience on anyone. They are totally unreliable and have cost me so much money and stress. I have never had a taxi firm do this before. Apparently they are just agents for drivers they don’t employ. I don’t know if this is true or not but I have learnt my lesson and will never use them again.

Pathetic customer service! Booked an estate car as we had 4 check in bags and 2 carry on. Driver wasn’t at arrival point so had to call and after a few minutes he arrived. When he loaded the bags we reported to the office that we had 5 check in and 2 carry on. What he failed to see is that one carry on looked like a check in as we were given this option by the airline. We received a called immediately thereafter and were told that we booked the wrong car and they had to charge us another £118. No change in car they sent, nothing different just the price. We were already in the car and on our way so had no choice but to pay.

The driver, who was either Mathew or Anthoney, not sure which as the name changed on various emails was a total mute. Drove on the M25 at over 80 mph, with one hand on the steering wheel on a number of occasions. I even recorded it on my mobile if they ever dispute this fact. He should not be a taxi driver putting passengers lives at risk.

The customer service women had no clients skills and even wasn’t bothered when o said a negative review would be posted. All they wanted was the money and charged my card without providing that they actually reversed the 1st payment. So I will need to wait a few days to see if this company actually double charged me.

Red flags 🚩 all the way with this company. Be aware else you might pay the price like I did.

Thank you British airport transfers for an impecable service. Our driver Mahesh turned up on time and helped us with our bags and drove to Gatwick in the early hours. Very smooth drive, got us to the airport earlier than we anticipated. We have used few other companies in the past for our airport transfers, but none of them knew what customer service is, but British airport transfers seems to have mastered it. Well done guys.

Terrible service. This company used to be good but the service over the past year has been awful. Charges to my credit card higher than the quote, drivers who refuse to take suitcases - and the overall customer experience is one of ‘we just don’t care about you’.

Will not be using them again.

Booked and confirmed pick up at stansted airport after midnight and they didnt show up nor were they contactable, an utter disgrace....

Dreadful - they take your money and don't pick up the phone, show up, or offer refunds. Forced to raise a dispute with the bank and very arrogant with it. Avoid at all costs. The duty manager just told me to go ahead and post bad reviews bragging that "one bad review won't make or break us". Nice attitude.

I have used them a few times before, however, on the last two occasions (all within the last week) they have cancelled. The latter of which was less than 12 hours before the airport pick up. They clearly don’t have the cars or drivers. My advice is to avoid.

Terrible service! Book with this company on several occasions and never had a problem except when I booked a luxury saloon car and a mini bus shows for a three hour journey, not very comfortable. When I raised the issue, they offered discount vouchers to use on future bookings as a gesture of good will. Despite numerous email reminders, I never received them.
They ignore your emails which is extremely frustrating.
I told them to stick the vouchers where the sun doesn’t shine and opted to book with Addison Lee for all my future airport transfers.
I can see by the poor reviews that it’s not just me that’s a dissatisfied customer

Absolute scam coming allowing you to book cabs to Bristol airport when they don’t have any cabs in the area. They take your money , call you to say they can’t do the trip as they inky service London airports although their website says they can and you have to wait up,to 10 days for return of costs! Very rude girl in the phone who talks over you dreadful service from a company that doesn’t care and are illegally taking your money for a service they can’t provide

Booked a taxi for this morning. With it being covid, and transporting 2 kids, car seat and all, we left 15mins later. But my wife forgot an item so we stopped, and she ran back to collect it. We were delayed by 5mins. They charged me £4. I’ve been a customer of theirs for several years, and the lady I spoke to had no empathy. No customer service, no goodwill. Just terms and conditions. I won’t be booking my return journey with them, or any other journey ever again.

I wish I could give Zero stars. I was due for a taxi to take me to Heathrow, I waited 40 minutes then when I called the drivers number he was still asleep and in bed... I had to phone another taxi company and get it sorted. The custom service number never answered and the Taxi driver refused to help

I have used this company several times and never had a problem. The cars have always arrived as arranged and are of good quality smart and clean. The return date of our trip in March 2020 was completely changed due to Covid and they changed all our booking with no extra cost to us. We have recently been away again and both pick up and retuen were great. On the return Journey we were picked up in a very clean mercedes driven well by Ovidiu who was happy to help with the luggage. I often travel on my own so its important for the car service to be reliable and I happily use this company.

Prices are good. Had to wait a little while in the airport when I returned, but that's partly because the flight arrived early, and they assign a single driver for each trip, so you don't get a pool driver. Overall, friendly, good service.
