Great quality nuts a1👍 ordered 10kg of honey peanuts and 10 kg of blanched peanuts both great quality, would highly recommend raw almonds are tasty as well 👊🔥

I have sent back item which is not good and one item was wrong I contacted via email no response yet and then on WhatsApp with my conversation with one of team members I sent item back through special sign for delivery and I checked item was already delivered on 5/12/24 and noone responded yet I sent message today and they said he will check when he go to the office now I don't know if I received my money back or not I have proof of delivery and email as well never ever order again

We are in outskirts of the country and rely on Supermarket to get our Indian groceries which is minimal. appreciate very much for reaching us & deliver swiftly.Keep up with your good work God send to us & your service Big Thankyou Rahul

Great quality of products . Since when I discovered britnuts , I have ordered and ordered again because we love nuts . Completely different taste than supermarkets . Also fast delivery. Very satisfied .

The perceived offer I received in small print was only applicable for large orders and as a regular customer I was VERY VERY disappointed when I enquired about the rather sneaky teaser. Sad and not customer friendly.

Disappointed as the nuts was not as expected, poor quality.

Not impressed with the quality of products ordered. We have been using split moong chilka from a popular Indian distributor, and thought would try these online ordering. Got tricked by their name, VB Wholesale (UK) Ltd. Chilka daal will not boil/cook even if you boil it for an hour. Almonds and cashews weren't the good type we are used to buying from the popular store!!! Will never buy again from the Britnuts. They also go by the T/A names: GINCO, CRAZYNUTS, VBWHOLEFOODS, BulkNuts etc... all under the same address and registered holding company. Will never ever use this and any of its subs.

No communication and bad packaging.
We had our order arrive smashed and needed a replacement, sent 3 messages and had no reply on any.
We are seeking advice from Trading Standards and Food Standards.
Managed really poorly.

Turned up promptly
But all packs had "packed in the UK and the Pistachio had "Origin USA"
However the Cashews and Almonds both had "Origin UK" and as far as I am aware you can't grow these in the UK

I received my order but with a different company packaging, are they drop shipping? and upon checking the company’s website I found out that they were running sale and the price difference was massive, the quality also isn’t good enough.

When I contacted them they never replied till today.

I Never get the complete order I ever place to them. They always add you something in alternate that you don’t look for.

I bought these to stay healthy, but I’m eating far to many and need to cut down😂😂
