I was told I could cancel this service at any time after a free trial. I've been trying via multiple calls and emails to cancel and continue to be charged and get no answers. I just had to contact my bank for a Stop Payment order. Do not use this service!

DO NOT contract with this company.

The tech support is non-existent. They managed our web site, email and social media accounts. Or should I say they mismanaged those items.

About a year ago they changed our published office telephone number to our CEO's personal cell phone number without our knowledge or consent.

Then in May the installed a software package known as Cloud Flare without out knowledge or consent. This blocked us from sending emails to certain clients. After 3 or 4 days they reported to us that they had corrected the error.

Now the same software package has prevented us from creating new email accounts and has our DMS settings showing errors.

We have attempted now for five (5) business days to have them correct these issues all to no avail. We have demanded to speak to a live person only to receive automated AI generated message apologizing for the difficulty and promising a resolution.

Although they claim their offices are in Boca Raton Florida, no one speaks English and they only people you can speak with is obviously an operator from a third-party answering service.

The ONLY thing they care about is calling you every month with some non-sensical stats from your website that does not equate to sales.

I signed up for a free trial with Broadly on March 26, 2026, under the impression that I would not be charged. Despite this, I was charged $31.97 for both March and April. I cancelled my subscription immediately after noticing the first unauthorized charge.

During this entire process, I have had no contact with my sales representative, Christian, since our initial call. I received one email stating my Google profile was incomplete and that they would assist in connecting it, but that work was never performed. Since March 26, I have been unable to reach anyone at Broadly, yet they continued to attempt charges for May, June, and July. These unauthorized attempts triggered three NSF fees from my bank. Broadly failed to provide any of the promised services and essentially placed my account on a subscription cycle purely to collect fees without doing any work. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the billing practices I have experienced.

They were ok when I first signed up, 15 years ago. They have gone down hill and that was fast. The costumer service is the same as 0 as in ZERO, completely useless. They are expensive and dot ever willing to help you out or it takes forever to get anywhere. Don't sign up, don't go for their sales speech. I should have stayed wirh what I had.

I would not recommend this company. There are several competitors offering similar services at a lower cost.

We used their platform solely to display customer testimonials on our website. Shortly after our annual renewal, our company was acquired. Due to confidentiality requirements surrounding the transaction, we were legally unable to disclose the acquisition until the deal was finalized. As soon as we were permitted to do so, approximately six weeks after the renewal, we notified the company that we no longer needed their services and respectfully requested a prorated refund for the unused portion of our subscription.

They refused.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that continuing to bill us for services we are no longer using costs them virtually nothing. The platform is largely automated, and there is no ongoing labor or significant expense associated with maintaining our account. Yet rather than work with a longtime customer facing a legitimate business transition, they chose to keep the full payment and offer no accommodation whatsoever.

Companies are often judged by how they treat customers when unusual circumstances arise. In our case, their unwillingness to provide even a reasonable prorated refund spoke volumes. It left the impression that maximizing revenue was more important than fairness, customer goodwill, or doing what most people would consider "the right thing to do".

I see that I am FAR from being alone on how Broadly has scammed and not kept their promises to me and my business. This company is AWFUL! I needed a simple website. They promised a 20 day turn around. 1 month later I am STILL NOT LIVE! They have taken MY money and given NOTHING in return. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE SLICK CRIMINALS! THIS COMPANY SHOULD COME WITH A WARNING LABEL ! REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN YOUR AREA.

Watch out, these guys are sneaky & will pull the classic “bait & switch” on you. They will also make unauthorized charges on your credit card. I answered an ad from their sales department & was promised a no obligation 30-day trial, no contract, money back guarantee if not satisfied for $39.99. The very next day they start scheduling me for virtual meetings with their tech department to discuss online features for my business. I was connected to a guy who said he did all the coding & promised me everything under the sun for $200 a month. I told him I wanted to complete the 30-day trial before jumping into anything more expensive. A day after that, my credit card gets charged for $200! I called their customer service & told them to terminate my services immediately & to refund my money. A half hour later their tech guy texts me wanting to know what was wrong. I told him I had canceled service after just 2 days because of false promises made by sales & himself. I stopped the credit card payment & canceled the card. A week later my bank sends me a new card with a completely different account number. And this is where something weird happens. Broadly charges my brand new card for an additional $199.99 without me telling them the number! Somehow they hacked my new card information! Fortunately my bank flagged it as fraudulent & did not pay the $199.99 & I put in a fraud claim for the original $200, but never got the $39.99 back. So from Oct 21st through Nov 10th, way less than 30 days, they tried to charge me $439.98 on two of my credit cards without permission & I have had to replace both cards again! Watch out for these guys. They’re sneaky.

Very pushy, wants you so sign up and pay on the phone before you get a chance to check them out. I did look, many bad reviews on other places. Their response is even Disneyland has bad reviews.
