FORUM SPAM
This company just submitted a fake lead on our website, with a link to their little demo that I'm not even going to look at. We have zero desire to work with a "reputation management" company that thinks it's OK to forum spam a small business. We pay for those leads, and you wasted our ad spend.
Truly shameful.

Do not waste your money
This company provided no service of any kind. They charged me $2,000 for a year`s subscription, and guaranteed they would be able to remove several reviews that were left on my website by trolls who had never been to my company at all.
After over 4 months, I no longer receive any communication of any kind. no reviews were removed, but they insisted that they were doing their job by "monitoring my profile".
do not waste your money here.

No Showed and Could Not be Reached
I scheduled a Zoom call with a salesperson to learn about their offerings. I received all the automated reminders via text and email. I waited in the Zoom waiting room for 15 minutes, and no one ever showed. I tried texting and emailing back but received no reply. I went to their website for a phone number, but they have none listed. I tried connecting with their online chat support, but no one ever responded. This sales discovery meeting confirmed they are not a company I wish to do business with.
