The whole process from the first visit to the installation was very good and would have no problem in recommending you to anyone. We had a small delay in the fitting of some grommets to cover the bolt holes but this doesn't affect my overall views. Very happy.

Broadview Shading Solutions had the knowledge and experience, with a great range of options. They advised on the best solution, where the blinds now look like an integral part of each window. From measurement, manufacture to fitting, the communication and service were excellent.

All was well except a blip in communication. the delivery was delayed and we were told. Again the delivery was delayed due to the delivery company, we were told did not fullfill their promise and deliver, but had assured Broadview Shading that it would be delivered the following day and Broadview said they would let us know if the delivery had been received. They did not do so. They previously said that installation would happen on the following Friday, having heard nothing for the past 2 days I went down to the showroom to find out what was happening, only to be told it was out for installation. When arrived back home sure enough 2 chaps were in the process of installing it. We are very happy with the awning and appreciate that the delay was not the fault of Broadview Shading, only the lack of the confirmation of arrival and installation.

Gave us exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. An excellent service all round.

This company gives unbelievable attention to detail.
Nothing is too much trouble and the finish is superb.
They worked through rain showers unperturbed and the product quality is first class.

Lovely shutters, few issues but nothing that wasn’t quickly and efficiently rectified. Good communications. Would recommend.

Not cheap but fit perfectly, look amazing and cut the glare of the sun. Motors are silent and easy to use with the remote. Love that they can be operated separately. Fitting was quick with no mess. Advisor listened to what we wanted and offered a few options and explained the differences and benefits. Would recommend.

We are really pleased with our vertical blinds. The fitter was very efficient & showed us how to operate the blinds, which fit in well with the decor of our kitchen.

We were disappointed that the blind vanes were faulty. Maybe they were not checked before being supplied to us? We were told that the replacements would take 2-3 weeks and this was not a problem, however, we had to chase BB for them only to find you had them all the time and did not inform us. I collected the original blind as I intended fitting it myself but was disappointed when you asked me to collect the replacements. It was only when I refused that you offered to deliver them. When you came to measure my window for the blind, I explained that I would fit it myself and did not want to fit the safely retaining wall clip. I was not told that the chain cord would be so short that my wife could not reach to operate it and I also found it very awkward to use. The cord and chain were replaced with longer ones when your fitter brought the replacement. All was OK and we are now happy but we had to press to get satisfaction. Not something that we expected from Broadview Blinds.

Ordering was fine, just some blinds turned up wrong size completely then had to wait weeks for them to be remade.
