Broadway Auto Transport レビュー

Great company .Easy communication, fast payment. The unit was ready when we got to the shipper location.

Great service pay on time

This company along with several others lead you to believe by signing a contract that all is well. The contract means nothing as they all come back for more money. I was told that contract means nothing, and it is used to lure you in.

Payment on time! Good communication! Realible and responsible

Jim is hands down one of the best brokers we work with. As a dispatcher, I appreciate how easy he is to communicate with—always quick to respond and very clear about what’s needed. He’s reliable, organized, and keeps things moving without headaches.

I recently worked with Kevin Smith on a transport from Texas to Illinois, moving a 2013 Nissan Sentra. The process was smooth from start to finish—Kevin provided clear details, quick communication, and ensured everything was ready on time. Pickup and delivery went without issues, and the customer was well-prepared thanks to his updates.

I truly appreciate working with Mark Collins. From the very beginning, he ensures everything is well-organized and communicates every detail clearly, which makes my job as a dispatcher far less stressful. He consistently demonstrates professionalism, respect, and reliability, qualities that are invaluable in this industry. Working with someone like Mark gives me confidence that each shipment will go smoothly from start to finish.

I recently shipped my 2009 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab from Florida to Colorado, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, the pickup and delivery were on time, and the truck arrived in the same condition it left. Professional service and fair pricing—I’d definitely recommend Kevin Smith and use again.

Working with Max Wayne has been an outstanding experience. As a dispatcher, communication and reliability are everything - and Max consistently delivers on both. He's responsive, transparent, and always ensures that everything is in order from pickup to delivery.

Worked with Kevin Smith at Broadway Auto Transport on a 2018 Audi Q5 from Cupertino, CA to Holly Springs, NC. Everything went smoothly-clear communication, accurate info, and prompt payment. Professional and easy to work with. Would gladly work with Kevin again in the future.

I shipped my 2012 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 3500 170' from California to Washington and had a great experience. The process was smooth, the driver was professional, and my car arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition. Communication was excellent throughout. I’d definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others.
Kevin Smith

I was nervous about shipping my car, but Kevin Smith made it so easy. He explained the steps, gave me updates, and my 2015 BMW 535i was delivered from Los Angeles to Michigan exactly as promised. Broadway Auto Transport is now my go-to for shipping vehicles. Thanks, James!

I did a good bit of homework looking at various companies until I settled on Broadway Auto Transport. We worked with Mike Brandon and were very pleased. Our vehicle was shipped with zero issues and traveled almost 500 miles. Mike was very patient with me and answered all my questions as I wanted to document every fee and step of the process. They were slightly higher than other bids; however, I had the peace of mind that the quote was the final price and there were no surprise fees that I saw associated with other companies. If we ever buy another auto from across the country, I will certainly use this company and, Mike.

Beware. I agreed to a price and ship date for moving my car. They kept telling me that they are trying to find a driver. It's now the date that the car is supposed to ship and they are still telling me that or that they have found one, but it is several hundred more dollars then we agreed to. When I told them the date, I made it clear that I needed that date. Now they want more time (several days) or more money. No thanks. I'll be filing a claim with the DOT and declining the deposit charge with my credit card company. Mike I added my name so that everyone knows no to trust the quote you get.

Great job, fast and professional.

Charlie D. at Broadway Auto Transport (BAT) delivered on what he said they could do, on time, and with professionalism.
I was in a pinch and time crunch as another company had failed me. BAT jumped right in and found a solution for my transport at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend them, especially working with Charlie. His follow ups and promises were very much appreciated. They worked for me and I was left with a very good experience. Thanks again. Very satisfied customer.
