Broadway Auto Transport レビュー

I was treated to the old bait-and-switch by Broadway Auto Transport. I booked them a month in advance for a cross-country move; they gave me a quote and demanded several-hundred-dollar deposit. Then, just ONE DAY before they were due to pick up my car, they told me there was a “driver shortage” and I was fortunate they could book a truck for $500 more than they’d quoted me. I said no thanks and asked for my deposit back. I never got it. Please stay far away from this dishonest, sleazy company.

Very smooth process to arrange shipping of my car in the Mid-Atlantic region. Bruce Kane quoted a good price, then kept me informed and updated as the car was picked up, transported and delivered. I will definitely recommend him to others and would use him again.

Thank u guys
Appreciate your business 💪💪💪

The company gave one price quote during the call and another price quote a few days later. They were also inconsistent with times and dates of available pickup and significant delays with locating drivers to render services after receiving my deposit for the vehicle services. I had to travel back into town twice to meet them to pick up the vehicle. They took my deposit on 2/6 for pickup of the vehicle on 2/7. They didn't pick the car up until 2/22. The communication was poor and I was told a few different pick up times and dates. The service not only cost me an extra flight but also time away from work and hotel fees. Would not recommend.

Broadway auto transportdid did a fine job. They are efficient and their pricing resonable. They were ready to pick up my vehicle the day I authorized it, but the dealer was already closed. The picked it up the next morning and delivered it that afternoon ( about 650 miles). When I had a disputed with the transporter, they resolved the issue quickly in my favor

Bruce Kane was awesome to deal with and very professional! Great experience and great care of my vehicle during transport

Excellent customer service. Have used this company twice now. James was a pleasure to work with. Great communication and super fast turn around time. I had my RV booked, picked up and delivered in the same day for a reasonable price! Will use again in the future

Trustworthy company! Mark Collins was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. He deserves a 10/10. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Mark once again.

I had a good experience with Luis Black from Broadway Auto Transport! He was punctual, professional, and took great care of my process. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Brian for any transport needs!

Mark Collins did a great job and ensured I got my car for the date I needed it

First off they quoted me $1000 for my delivery and said that it would not change. It did, they found a driver and I ended up paying $1500. It sounds like they are just a middle man. They didn’t really do anything to help the process other than finding a delivery driver. The driver came later then was told and ended getting to the pick up just after 11:00 pm. The driver was also 3 days late on the delivery and I he spoke no English so very hard to communicate. He worked for a different delivery company so also did not communicate and would tell me the driver is almost there.

My experience was great! The customer support Adam was very professional and provided all the information needed for a smooth transition, would do business with again.

I work for "Save Auto Tracking", During my work I was partnered with Mike Brandon. He was a good communicator and gave all detailed information without mistakes. I will work with him in the future. Good luck!

I was thoroughly impressed with the way Robert helped my cousins transport needs. He was quick to address any questions and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The process was seamless from start to finish. Great service all around!

My experience with Joe Jones has been excellent. As a dispatcher, finding a dependable broker is key, and Joe Jones has truly stood out. Their team is professional and attentive, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Robert was extremely professional and easy to work with. He responded to all my queries and concerns extremely fast and always was willing to work with me to get our car delivered on time.
