Great work from Dave Manning and Lee Nightingale , did work in my garden , work was completed to a very high standard and garden left tidy thank you !!

Lee was brilliant. Came in removed tiles in the bathroom cleaned up and even vacuum the area in case there was a bits on the floor. Sorted out with the office to come back later and restore everything. Again he cleared up afterwards. Bathroom looking better than it did before

The bathroom fitters were brilliant very professional and did a very good job. Didn't leave anything unturned ensuring everything was completed to standard. Jack kept me informed throughout the process to ensure i was happy all changes being made. Really good satisfaction clean finish.
Thanks for all you hard work to Jack Chance main fitter, Ben Smart and Stuart Wilkes. Your a credit to Bromford.

Had the cowboys out from cowboy bromford, to fix a a few gate posts , only took them 4 months ,and 6 visits , one lasted a few days the other lasted about the same , the gate posts are in a communal area , w to 7 days max to repair , so the case has gone to ombudsman,
Plus legal team have issued a summons to planning manager , they will learn the hard way

Sam was amazing, come and helped where i needed. Made sure i was safe and secure in my property, really recommend!

I'd leave zero stars if I could absolute joke! Company policies mean nothing to them They even try to carry out structural work without building regulations approved by the council
(I rang Building Control to check) they send independent surveyors out to bypass the council! Our Area manager is useless we were moved into our property 9 months ago and still waiting for major repairs with no start date even after stage 1 and 2 complaints and passing the complaint onto the housing ombudsman. We've had an uninhabitable living room and bedroom, damp and mould, hole in ceiling, unsupported chimney breast the list goes on...For 9 months so far and no completion dates. 3 young kids living here they do not care! and constant lies from every angle! And still not one person is trying to help resolve this (all executives are aware of our situation) We DO NOT recommend Bromford at all!!

I have got to say they did the most amazing job & cleaned up exceptionally well afterwards.
Two very professional people & Bromford housing are very lucky to have them.

Rick came to sort some pavers outside my shed he was brilliant lovely friendly man did a really good job I'll have him back for jobs anytime.

Extremely disappointing and, frankly, one of the most frustrating organisations I have ever had to deal with.

Bromford is incredibly unresponsive and seemingly incapable of providing straightforward answers to straightforward questions. When you do eventually get a response, rather than actually answering the question, you are routinely directed to a generic guide or webpage and left to work it out yourself.

There is very little sense of ownership, communication or willingness to actually help. You can send a clear and specific question and receive a link to a document that doesn't answer what you asked. It feels like the objective is to close the enquiry rather than resolve the issue.

I have never dealt with a housing association that has been this unhelpful and difficult to communicate with. If you need anything that falls outside the most basic, standardised process, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

For an organisation dealing with people's homes and often very significant financial decisions, the level of communication and customer service is simply not good enough.

I have contacted you directly no response. Neighbourhood Coach has left with no replacement given. Your bog standard reply appearing to be helpful is just lip service.

Simon Morgan came to fix the broken handle on my front door , he did that and he even then fixed my actual door as it wouldnt close properly , it’s amazing now like a different door , Thankyou so much he’s been to repair things before in my house and is always so so lovely and polite ! Lisa

The chap that came out this morning was professional, friendly and did a fantastic job! If only everyone was like that.

Christopher Gardner replaced our bay window board after some rodent infestation had been dealt with. He was polite, professional and friendly. He completed a brilliant job and cleared up the mess after too. 10/10.

The people on the ground at Bromford are brilliant I had Christopher, Nick W and Keith M come out. But there hands are tied to what they can do. I keep reporting the same issue but the jobs don’t get replayed to the men actually coming out. But these men were so good today and did what they could

The man (keith morgan) that came to do my door and toilet was brilliant, polite, chatty, every thing that you could want from a maintenance person, he also talked through what he was doing, brilliant, he can come again, Christine Evans.

Dawn at customer service provided great assistance today in sorting all my enquiries that I have been chasing for months on. Other people passed me around to different teams but Dawn sorted everything for me, thank you for your help today :)

Christopher Gardner has done a good and speedy job of fixing my kitchen window .
