Lee Nightingale was amazing! Not only super friendly as I had my severely 6yr old autistic son running around, instead of measuring and making a date to come back, he came back within 30 mins to fix my broken fence as he knew my son could escape from there at any given moment! Richard Heard was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job securing the broken kickboards in the kitchen.

Had Dan Reading come today to do some touch up plastering in my daughters bedroom, friendly lad,he done a fab job. Even touched up a bit in my living room thankyou, 😀

Rich herd attended my property today to carry out various repairs, he’s done an excellent job. I’m very happy with the work carried out today. It’s nice to have a friendly work man attend.

My job on my property was done earlier due to a job cancellation which I was quite happy with.

I had my kitchen replaced, I was dreading it to start with, i also have 2 labradors, Jack, was great from start to finish, letting me know when he was going for lunch, so I could let the dogs out in the garden, as my kitchen is at the back of the house, he definitely took the stress out of it all for me, hes a lovely lad, pleasure to have around, thank you so much Jack

The engineer, Lee Nightingale, was on time and very polite. He treated my home with respect and did a thorough inspection. He gave me options as to how we could resolve the issue and made sure I was completely happy with the decision. After he had completed the work we talked me through what he had done and I am very impressed with the standard of work. Not all Bromford engineers take time and effort to help. Thank you Lee.

I have since moved on from this tenancy in Banbury, but I feel it is important to share my experience so others know what to expect.

During my time living there, I approached Jodie Hazley, Neighbourhood Coach at Bromford Housing’s Banbury office, for urgent assistance with serious and ongoing anti‑social behaviour from neighbouring properties. The situation had deteriorated to such an extent that I was unable to use my own garden safely or comfortably.

Regrettably, the support I received was completely inadequate. Instead of the empathy, practical guidance, and appropriate action one would expect from someone in this role, I was met with an unprofessional approach, unnecessary intrusion, and a total lack of meaningful assistance. No steps were taken to resolve the issue, and I was left without the protection or support that a tenant should be entitled to receive.

It is my view that further training in professional conduct, tenant care, and appropriate boundaries would be of significant benefit. Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected in their own home, and to receive helpful, respectful service when they reach out for support.

This review is for my mother's house and NOT,mine.
Matthew Turner worked really well considering what he was up against in my kitchen, as the walls and ceiling fell down,which then put his work back ,and he still managed to finish near the target time.

Darren the plumber came to address a noise from the plumbing from the toilet and a leak, he was very friendly and thorough, the toilet internal system had to be replaced and the whole system resealed, as there is an elderly lady there he made sure he got it up and running quickly, very pleased

I had a new kitchen fitted and from start to finish the kitchen fitter Rory Walker kept me updated each step. He was very friendly polite and very tidy and did an amazing job and am loving my new kitchen. Thanks very much.

Tyrone was great and fixed the plumbing problem expertly. He’s done few of my repairs and always does a great job.

Personally I have found the repair teams good. However that's as far as it goes.... in terms or rent they are ment to be affordable housing but would say they are just average so don't agree fully with the statement "affordable" with the problem you have and I am in a new build house...

the neighbourhood coach are a joke no point even having that job role as they do nothing if you have a problem. You have your housing stinking of cannabis all day and all night on one side and on the other side sniffing and dealing other nacotics all doing so with children around so another great generation will be here!!! Better off being in a ghetto least the rent is cheaper and the council tax is too!

The company needs robust things that will be tolerated and won't be tolerated! A
Drug test should be done as mandatory requirement as a minimum base line.

Bring standards to the country!
