Bromford レビュー

Darran Dann was excellent today, so kind and helpful, very knowledgeable. He sorted my problem very quickly and dealt with it efficiently. Thank you Darran

Jordan
Sorted my garage lock n door frame

Really nice guy, sorted it within minutes despite the key n lock confusion.

Thank you

What made it great was the professional way Leon fitted our kitchen

Ben attended my property on two separate occasions one to fix my toilet that was leaking and the other a jammed window! On both occasions he was polite and friendly and made sure the fix was done correctly

They scam people charging them service charges for no services then keep jacking up the price.

I had an issue with bathroom lick, Rob came to inspect the issue, the following day he brought all the tools required to fix the lick. The job is done very well. Much appreciated

Simon Morgan attended 122 court road today to replace a bath panel. Simon's work ethic is so professional. He is diligent, caring and it's always a pleasure when he attends my home. Thank you Simon,
Frances Williams.

Efficient and friendly.

I had a bromford engineer (Ben) come to fix 3 of my windows today.
He was great, all jobs done in one visit, friendly and respectful.

Lee nightingale absolutely brilliant thank you

I have been in communication with Minas who has gone above and beyond to help with fixing the issue in a property , his communication skills are excellent he listens and is polite and when he says he will contact back he never lets me down.
He is a fantastic role model for Bromford and I hope this is communicated back to him , well done Minas keep doing what you do ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100%

Had a visit from Sasha, Fin & Henry sorting out for a new kitchen.. Absolutely amazing service they were really helpful and friendly definitely a credit to the company

He came round to fix my shower and was a lovely person to talk to, did a great job with the shower!

Luke has just attended as we were having issues with our shower room drainage.
Always so very helpful & nothing is ever too much trouble.

Chris and Lee who visited my house today. 21/7/2026
For a repair I couldn’t fault them at all they were prompt in turning up on time and very friendly , and polite they also explained what they were doing ,and did the job perfect . But they even had to advice the other workman from Shield how to do another part of the job as he really didn’t have a clue they went above and beyond today and leaving the house
With the job they had to do all in tack
Very satisfied tenant 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Recently had a complete kitchen refit, both Gino and George were brilliant. They were always on time, very tidy, polite, professional and worked extremely hard to a high standard of work. Their communication was also excellent and informed of what work was being carried out at all times.

Rich was great, polite, knew what he was doing,I didn’t know I had two different handles on my door, which I’ve never noticed, all done no mess, perfect
