I’ve had the absolute best customer service from this company. The item I received was great quality, but for no fault of anyone, there was an issue with it. The advisor, Jo, was so helpful and friendly and prompt in their response, giving me options of how to rectify. Companies could learn from this! Will definitely be returning to this shop.

I got told about Brown and Ginger by my colleague. I was so impressed by the products they had, they're fantastic, the customer service and the time they took to deliver my order were also fantastic. Will be recommending to all of my family and friends.

I found this website by chance and they had the large wall mirror that I was looking for. I went with this website because of the free delivery to Scotland and I have to say the customer service was second to none. All my items, including the mirror, were delivered really quickly within a couple of days of ordering and everything was exactly as pictured on the website. I have since made a second purchase with this website and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a beautiful gold, octopus candle holder as a gift, and I have to say, it is beautiful and I'm tempted to keep it for myself!

Can not fault their service at all! I placed my order for a gift and the stock wasn't available at the time however Jo was amazing at communicating the progress, sourced the item and posted out immediately. Found this site when I put a search in google and so glad I did. I made my order and by the next day it was on my doorstep! I pre ordered an item and didn't come when stated ( reason suez canal boat that got blocked and covid ) I was kept up to date with my goods, communication was fantastic and I would defiantly be very happy to shop again with them as the things they have are different I got the Pinocchio shelf sitter and he was well worth the wait so classy he's just stunning

The lamp I ordered arrived with a defect, but I contacted the shop and within a day or two I had a new one on the way and the damaged one returned.
Jo was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience extremely easy and hassle free. I will definitely be looking to support this business and buying more items from them again soon. Highly recommend.

Genuinely cannot recommend Brown and Ginger highly enough! I stumbled across this site when searching for what i wanted, not only were they at least £10 cheaper than every other site, free postage, arrived within 2 days and packed so well, there wasn’t a chance of it arriving damaged. Issues with unexpected delays in delivery. Jo was quick to resolve the matter for me, I really feel she went above and beyond to sort this out. I received a very proactive and personal service.

I ordered a bashful monkey lamp some months ago; it was despatched promptly despite lock down. It is a beautiful lamp. Whilst I was dusting him recently I noticed a slightly sharp point. I contacted Brown and Ginger who responded immediately. My lamp was replaced and a courier despatched to collect the original. The service was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent personal service that I received. Thank you!

I ordered a monkey lamp, a filament globe bulb and a candle holder as part of a conservatory ‘refresh’. The items were all as described, well packaged and delivered in time, and the comms were great.

I would recommend Brown & Ginger without hesitation and will definitely be shopping from them again - their website is fantastic; full of quirky little treasures!
