Bought a car from Browns. The initial contact was amazing, not a standard dealership at all, it’s a very special feeling walking in. We then had a little hiccup in the middle with an issue…..however, this was dealt with amazingly well and all sorted. Tim was fantastic and the service was 100% and definitely over and beyond with extras that I didn’t expect, he was so helpful and kind.
We will be in the market for another car within the year and will definitely be buying from Tim and the gang again.

Thanks again to Michael and the Browns team! They helped me massively when I had some issues with my van. They understood that my van being off the road meant my businesses comes to a stand still so they managed to get me in and all sorted within a day. Will definitely return in the future and highly recommend!! 5 stars!!

Very welcoming and friendly garage/staff who can’t do enough to please you. Lots of expertise and knowledge at hand - Michael was brilliant in finding us our new car - we even drove it home the same day! Overall 10/10 experience for us, would definitely recommend Browns of Richmond!

5 stars couldn’t fault anything. Great service, the staff are very informative and knowledgeable about cars giving great advice when you’re struggling to choose. Showroom is very smart. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Our dog even got some treats and was fussed over.

What a lovely welcoming showroom. Staff are all lovely from the receptionist to the sales team and service staff. We always get a cup of tea and biscuits, even our fur babies get biscuits too. Lovely place to go. Would highly recommend.

Really helpful staff to put us at ease, as we have never had an EV before, talked us through everything we needed to know, highly recommended and now family nd friends use Browns as well.

As soon as I enquired he offered to give me a full very honest video tour of the car to show anything that I may have deemed an issue to prevent a wasted journey for me.
The car was in good condition overall and within 24hours, I was up in Richmond meeting face to face with Ian and the team. We were offered (very nice) coffees and cold drinks throughout and the whole experience was very easy. I have bought approximately 10 cars in my lifetime both new and used and I can honestly say this has been the easiest, quickest experience of them all. Of note, the car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and fully charged ready for my inspection.
The setting for the garage is lovely and gives a welcoming feeling.
I have only owned the car for a couple of days but as it stands I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend others to also.

I’m delighted there’s a platform that allows recognition of truly excellent customer service. Alex was outstanding, as were all the staff — including the owners.

We’re absolutely thrilled with the car, but what really sets this company apart is their attitude towards their customers. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They took the time to make sure we were completely happy before we drove away, and there was no hard sell at any point.

The customer service didn’t end there — we were encouraged to get in touch in the future should we need any help or advice.

I put my Mazda 6 in for a routine service and MOT which was done with great professionalism and courtesy. As soon as a fault was found I was informed by the technicians and they sorted it out for me there and then. I received a clean and polished car after the job was completed 👍
