Do not trust

Do not trust this company. Bought one car from them, the engine blew up within an hour or so of leaving the dealership. Was fobbed off with another car which has had multiple problems since, has cost hundreds of pounds extra on the price paid to get it into a decent condition.

Unbelievable service from Swale Auto Sales.. site 2. Had a couple of cars, both have been outstanding. Recently had our car serviced and MOT I honestly could not recommend them enough. Fantastic communication throughout and honesty. 5 star service from start to finish x

If I could give no stars I would but unfortunately that’s not an option. Brought a second car from swales in Richmond . Had nothing but issues with the car since day one only had the car for about 3 months now first it was water pump a week to do that
I got the car back after a week later I started to dive home not even 3 minutes down the road it went into limp mode so clearly took it back 4 weeks later still havnt got the car back I’ve been fobbed off and lied too one tells me the engine has been stripped than other was not even beeen started on yet they have given me a courtesy car which has broken down on the motorway
Been told to get a taxi to work or go back with the car on the tow truck

They try to force sale for car. Looks good when buying but loads of hidden faults. They introduce issues with your car before making an offer. Not genuine. Pushy sales team.

I've given 1 star as there wasn't a way to give zero. Bad car. Issues since buying 8 months ago. When brought up with owner, was getting fobbed off. Had to sort issues myself. Had to pay for MOT when I bought, but was promised a free MOT which it is currently having. And has been having since 4pm last night!! I was assured it would be ready for me getting in from work. That was an hour ago!!! I'm still waiting. Apparently it needs a track rod end @£45. When my daughter pointed out that they are half price online, the owner was very rude to her. He has lost 2 customers in the space of 5 mins. My daughter, as a potential future buyer and me, as I will NEVER buy from them again.
AVOID!!!!

i purchased a peugeot 208 1.2L puretech for 4.3k in november from site 3 in richmond. i was so so so in love with this car as it was my first car since passing my test so i was super excited. i took the car out for a test drive and the engine sounded very unwell, i told the guy this and he blamed it on a cold start which was untrue as the car had been driven to the site prior and we were out for 20 minutes and it should have stopped by then. i told the guy this and he got nervous and would not make eye contact, he said he would get it looked at. i went back a week later and took it for another drive and it did sound better i’ll admit so i bought it.
drove it home and it had a very strong smell of petrol which i later found out was the cat leaking. i drove the car about 30 miles total and it broke down the next morning in the middle of a 60 on a blind bend due to the exhaust still being broken so engine fumes were not getting out and no air was getting in. the car eventually turned back on but went into limp mode. i was absolutely terrified and it put me off driving completely. they took the car and promised to fix it. i got it back and found that my rear lights didn’t work, the cat was leaking and the exhaust was kicking out smoke a hell of a lot which indicates a head gasket issue. i phoned them and told them i did not want the car anymore as it was issue after issue and the head mechanic was very rude to me and raised his voice at me. it’s not nice to have a middle aged man shouting at you and telling you that you don’t know what you’re talking about. he would not even let me get a word in by telling me he was ‘breaking his back’ spending money to get it fixed. he told me that his team wouldn’t sell me a car with issues and that i need to see his point of view which i argued that it broke down THE NEXT DAY. they said they would take it to peugeot for me so they could check it but the garage would have to fix it, i did not trust them after everything ( the span of 3 days this all happened ) so i got a full refund. i gave two stars as they eventually let me have my money back and were okay that day but it completely ruined my trust and my experience. i now have panic attacks every time i have to drive due to this experience. i would not recommend.

I bought a VW being the mileage was a bit high but the first day I drove the car out from the dealer I had missing wheel nuts from wheel, no cornering lights bulbs, windows were not opening, no power supply in the car and many more other issues. The car supposedly passed the MOT a few days before and since then it was a nightmare until I fixed it myself and sold the car.
Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I recently bought a diesel BMW from Swale autos site 3. The salesman (Lewis) was extremely helpful and did not pressure me whatsoever. I am pleased with my BMW and recommend this garage to everyone. When I collected my car it was presented to a high standard.

Had a really easy experience with Jake. Got service history sent through via text as I was travelling a long way to pick up a Renault.

The car was good and as described. Of course there was a couple of stone chips etc as expected for the age of the car

Would use again! Jake and his boss (Gav i think it was?) were very nice to deal with.

Jason at Swaleautos 1 is very rude,he can't speak without swearing,not very professional when your dealing with customers,I wouldn't buy another car from him,he has an awful attitude,

Can’t thank Swale Auto Sales II enough, from start to finish the sales process has been second to none, when we arrived at the dealership. I was greeted by Jack the person I have been conversing with online and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, he showed me round the car and pointed out all the extras that came with it, went for test drive and recommended the best roads to show the cars true potential, when we got back he walked me through the whole transaction and explained the warranty and the 12 month breakdown cover, I will be recommending Swale Auto Sales II to all my friends and work colleagues. A true professional experience thank you all.

Bought car over the phone and cancelled 6days later as per distance regs no refund received the salesman is rude and aggressive and will not answer emails,court action is now activated because careful this company is dodgy

I went to look at a car the salesman came over asked if he could help he was very helpfull and professional (not pushy) nothing was a trouble for him , as looked at the car I noticed that the tyre and brake discs were worn, they said they would replaced them which they did, on the day I went to pick the car up i noticed the tyre place had damaged the paint work, on the wheels, swale autos arranged the next day to get them sorted and gave me a refund for my trouble.
I would like to say thankyou for a professional service and kind attitude toward myself and the wife,
The wife loves the car and will definitely becoming back! 5*****

Swale Autos, Brompton on Swale, Site 2. Excellent service, quality cars and great deals. Our family has bought 5 cars from here over the last 3/4 years and wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else now. Just traded in again and service brilliant as ever, thanks Gavin. Can't recommend highly enough. 10* never mind 5.
