Have just bought a car online from BS Marson. Very impressed with whole experience from first contact to delivery. One of the very few motor dealers I have dealt with who offer really helpful and honest customer service and deliver on all promises made, including returning phone calls and providing a car exactly as described. Steve Marsland was particularly helpful throughout the purchase process. Highly recommended!

Great big thank you to marsons service department. First class treatment and my car looked like it had a full valet ! Fitted in a service and mot within a few hours .cannot thank you enough.

Worse ever experience with BS Marson & Sons

The aftersales service was poor. Keep delay the repair. Never response to emails. Not recommended to anyone.

Returning customer. Car serviced and MOT today. I can’t go without saying what a wonderful and efficient service I received as a customer. Highly recommended. Everything explained and nothing was too much trouble. Money well spend. I look forward to returning. I cannot praise BS Marson and Sons enough, nor John Lloyd, general manager for exceptional customer service. There aren’t many dealerships left like this that have a family feel and treat their customers as friends, indeed many of us are, and many of us have been customers upwards of 10 years. There’s no smarmy sales execs here. Just good old honest and down-to-earth staff.
