This company is the worst
This company is the worst. Our soccer club started using them this year for uniforms. We placed our order on July 1st for uniforms. My son's whole team JUST received theirs the past week after our season already started but we haven't gotten anything. I have reached out multiple times to this company and no one can give me any information on when it will ship. I have never dealt with a business that has taken my money for 2+ months but can't provide any information on my order status. I have also seen the quality because somehow we got my daughter's order but not my sons. The jerseys are paper thin and see through and cost over $40. Seriously do NOT use this company for uniforms.

case. It is all very thin plastic polyester!!! I even think they fraudulently put the nike sign on some of it because I dint believe nike would allow their name on such garbage!
High Dollar for Low Quality
This company implies quality with its high prices but delivers low quality. The company's new "digital transfer" is a low rent iron-on that ruins a $70 shirt and makes it look cheap. There are no returns with this company, because even though they charge you absolute top dollar (for garbage iron-ons), they can't take back "customized" items. This would make sense if they weren't charging absolute top dollar for low rent garbage iron-ons. Customer Service is non-existent. Our school store recently switched from Sideline/BSN because of my recommendation.
Customer Service Gas Lighting
I ordered two shirts from my school's team shop and wound up not needing a short sleeve shirt I had ordered. I cancelled the order the last day of the open shop. Callym accepted my change and asked for the sku number even though I provided my order number and a description of the shirt in my original message to them. Then Ivan came in and is saying I didn't get my cancellation in in time based on an email timestamp he says he has (which is likely the email I provided the sku number after Callym asked and did occur after the shop had closed, but not after production of the shirts began). My search history shows I submitted my cancellation before the shop closed, so I know I was on time. Ivan continually is not acknowledging my first contact and gaslighting me saying I didn't do it in time. This is incredibly frustrating, especially after I've been a customer through my school for years now. I won't order again after this experience.

What a horrible experiance. First order came 2 days before our first game which has strict uniform policies. Second order took weeks to process and when it was recieved only one item came. When I reached out they stated it must had been a packaging error and did I want a refund or a reorder. Asking for a reorder and was told I would have to wait another minimum 3 weeks for items and some of the would be sent bulk to our organization however no indication the organization would be notified. In communicating back and forth with customer service they refused to answer any of my questions.
Will he suggesting to organization to find a new provider because this is just unacceptable.

Not just this company, but most online clothing. Proves to me once again I do not like buying clothing without being able to hold and try on. Did not like the quality of the material and the fit is not optimal. Normally wear a Medium but got a Large zip hoodie so that I could easily have a shirt on underneath. But the sweatshirt material sticks to the tank underneath and doesn't hang well--and not roomy enough for anything but a tank to be worn underneath. Not worth paying the shipping to return.

Extremely poor quality, poor designs, worst customer service ever. These "decals" look and feel like stickers. Over priced for the quality. I called for a refund and to return my 4 piece order and was told we don't refund "custom" orders......Custom order?? They were advertised as in stock items, so to me that is false advertising as well.

We were required to purchase uniforms for my son (9th grade tennis). Itâs his first year, the school partnered with this organization and I went to website to place order.
Nowhere was there a section for personalization. However at the end of order I was asked to complete my sonâs full name, school, sport, etc. It was already disappointing that it said the lead time was 8 weeks for shipping when tennis started in 1 week. I checked with our coach to see if that time was correct. He said yes, we havenât been happy with this company and are looking for other vendors.
Anyway, the shirt and shorts came and to my surprise my sonâs name isnât on the shirt. I reached out to BSN to ask for help. They have been beyond dismissive and said you didnât personalize. I asked where that was in the order process and never got an answer.
I offered to pay for shipping back to have his shirt screen printed with a name. They donât even respond to that and said âbecause our items are personalized we canât do exchanges or returnsâ. Bear in mind I didnât ask for an exchange or a return.
I asked if I could purchase a new shirt and pay for his name to be added. I donât get a response to that either. I asked why we put so much info including his name in the order part of thatâs not put on his shirt. I donât get a response to that either.
Life is hard enough without standing out with a $35 shirt that doesnât have your name when itâs supposed to. But nowhere was there empathy for this or a solution. Just âall orders are finalâ and you should have checked order summary.
The order summary doesnât list the required info I had to provide. Name, school, grade, sport etc. so it raises the question as to why itâs even asked.
The order summary doesnât say âno personalization requestedâ even though we were ordering team uniforms. There wasnât a mandatory place in order to accept/decline personalization either. Do not use this company if you can help it.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality, and awful designs. This company is a sham. They charge you significantly more than what you should be paying. The designs look awful in final product. Worst sales rep as well, forcing our team to go through there company and the results are awful. Definitely won't be going with them ever again. Waste of money.
