Just received the apparel purchased from my son's college baseball team. The quality of the items is terrible. They were incredibly overpriced...ridiculously overpriced... and now to see the quality received is extremely disappointing. ALL the parents are complaining. We are writing to Better Business Bureau where you can also find 150+ complaints there as well. I don't understand why high schools, colleges... use BSN when there are hundreds of complaints on file and far more unhappy customers than satisfied. I don't know one parent ever happy using this company.

They are the worst. Expect to wait months to receive your items. They won't close "the shop" when they say they will. So your order won't begin to ship for at least another month once they do. So they'll keep you waiting for just that. They'll make you wait weeks. If you try to cancel they'll suddenly decide the shop closed the previous day and say it is already in production that same day and cannot be canceled. You'll come to find that wasn't true because they told your family member that lie a week before and they still didn't close shop when they said they would. You'll be waiting 2 months for whatever you ordered your child and it won't even arrive in time for them to use it that current sports season. Ordered end of November, won't receive until February.

For a company that deals with growing kids, you’d think they would have a better return/exchange policy….or at least make it very clear and known before the person checks out. Now I have an expensive hoodie that will never be worn. Let’s not think about parents who spent their hard-earned money to make sure their kid had something to wear to support their team. We are just highly disappointed that companies like this still exist in 2023. I have learned to read reviews prior to purchase- even if the school is working with a sales rep.

We've ordered from this company multiple times in the last few years and we're not going to do that any more. Both of our sons' schools use BSN Sports for spirit wear. Every time we've ordered, we've had to wait several weeks (once even 3 months) to get our clothing. In almost every case, the sports season was at least halfway over before we received it. They are consistently slow to deliver and I'm not going to do that any more.

Truly terrible company. I needed to correct an order, while our team shop was still open, and they refused to help me. There is no way they were printing/processing anything yet so they refused for the sake of refusing. Told me they are short staff and back logged as if that is MY problem. As I've done some more research, it appears this is a common problem. I can't believe they are still in business. Shame on you guys!

UPDATE: I received a call back from a supervisor who acknowledged that I attempted to make contact while our team store was still open. She was adamant that they were unable to simply correct my order, which is truly frustrating, but she did provide a refund which was better than nothing. Updating to 2 stars for the follow up/refund.

The first time I ordered from this company was 2 years ago, I bought team shoes and a full warm up set. I didn’t get my order because of COVID apparently, the coach reordered the items for the next year. This year we ordered a boys basketball size small hoodie. There was no options to order girls basketball items because they had their own team store. After about 6 weeks of waiting for a screen print hoodie we ended up with a medium lady jackets hoodie. Do these people even try to get orders right so maybe after my sons senior year is over, maybe we might get the right thing.

I spoke with a customer service agent about an item that was sent in the wrong color. They quickly took care of the issue by picture verification and sent a refund confirmation. However, one of the other items that I purchased was such poor quality that I could literally see through the shirt, and I requested a refund on that as well because of the absolute poor quality. They denied it because they said that the descriptions are clearly written out and that it was screen-printed with a specific logo so they can't do anything about it. I asked the agent to pass my number on to her supervisor so I could let them know about the horrible quality. She couldn't transfer me because the agents work from home but said she would send the request in. I NEVER got a phone call back. So, my interpretation of this is that they know they sell horrible products and don't want to do anything besides scam people out of their hard-earned money for their overpriced trash - I mean products.

Horrible to work with custom service. They refused to change my shipping address had to ask 5 different times and it still is not changed.

poor quality , iron on crap . I contact them and even though i chose an option that was giving to me for the sweatshirt not a custom they tell me I can’t return or get a refund. I tell them it is a defect they ask me for a picture and never respond

Horrible customer service. Do not always tell you online that items are backordered, and repeatedly give you unrealistic shipping dates. Only when you call do you find out how long it will ACTUALLY take to get your items, and the guy answering the phone is a d-hole.

Two years in a row now I have ordered clothes to support our kids college football program. Both years it took 10 to 12 weeks to get the orders. This year I tried to call and cancel and they wouldnt do it but did offer a 50% discount. They still have not processed the orders 10 weeks later and cannot give me a day when they will be sent. Will never use them again.

Did not receive full order. this happens frequently so double check your order when it arrives.
Better yet use a reliable company to provide your sports needs.

We ordered two shirts to help support the school's volleyball team. First of all the quality of the shirts is incredibly poor - tissue paper thin. We will not buy anything from here again. It also seems like men's sizes run large and women's run small. Very strange.

This company is not helpful at all. You place your order and it doesn't ship until after the school shop closes. If you ordered the wrong size or something doesn't fit you are out of luck. They will not return or reship any items. On the website I ordered small for my son 80lbs 6th grader. They sent Mens small and said I selected the wrong item. Why would they have Mens small on an order form for 6th graders. refused to help or resolve.

Made an order for my old HS teams state championship win. The order came as a youth cl not and adult xl. They would not exchange or refund. "We don't do that" I don't see how you can buy from a company like this.

DO NOT BUY FROM THiS COMPANY. My order is still missing items. I am unable to contact them. very shady

Club director here. When the product finally came it was great. Used them four times and only once did it come within the timeframe they promised. But that was a good experience. They owe us money from the kick back contract. Still haven’t seen it after three months. They shipped everything to the wrong address not once, not twice, but three times. Any company that’s not competent enough to change an address should not have business completed. Communication was selective because I think they were so embarrassed about how bad they are. Won’t be back unfortunately.

Zero stars should be given for this company. I ordered football clothes from this store for my son. Before the order was processed or shipped my son got injured and we were told he would not be able to play for the whole season. I immediately contacted BSN and was told they could not cancel my order even though they had not shipped it. No personalized items were included. Their customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy from this shop. It's unfortunate that schools use them, forcing parents to buy from a non-reputable company.

Be careful with the sizes!!! There was a shirt labeled SML…. What is this is small medium or large??? Customer service could care less about any issues. Bailey G a customer service rep literally gave zero solutions and asked if anything else they could do. What a joke

I see that the majority of reviews for BSN sports are 1 Star. I am not surprised, as I am also giving them a 1 star review. I ordered an XL T -shirt ( over 50$), but when it arrived , I don't think my 10 year old Grandson could have fit in it. I wear XL in all T-Shirts. BSN would not accept me returning it or sending me another one, nor would they refund all of my money. They issued me a 30% refund. Everyone, do not business with these people . I would categorize them as SCAM artists.They only want your money and do not care if your are satisfied or made whole.
