I would rate A Zero if it were possible. This company is a total joke. Zero customer service- I’ve contacted multiple times with no response. My order is over 6 weeks and the tennis season is completely over. I have a senior and I have no use for either of the items. All I get is some cheesy false email about production like it’s some kind of stupid pizza joint. Sizing is ridiculously small. And no one bothers to make anything right. Do Not Order From This Company!!!

It just doesn’t look good. The pockets are really bulky and I’ve never had a sweater fit so weird

I needed to order a polo shirt for my daughter and used the chat feature on the BSN website. An agent by the name of Josh told me that my question could not be answered because it was based on opinion. I wanted to know if the sizing was true to size or if I should order a size up. I also asked if he had washing instructions and he said it would come when I purchased the product. Needless to say, my questions were not answered and I am now stuck trying to determine if I should buy a small or medium. Ugh!

Ordered the first time and product was ok, ordered again and horrible product and not sewn properly. Called customer care and they said we can replace but it will be same quality you don't care for. Who sells see thru shirts of under armor, never saw an under armor shirt of this quality in any store and we have purchased a ton for our son. Will not be purchasing from them again after hundreds spent.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have worked with this company through my daughters high school, and now my daughters college of total of three times, and every time I have lost money received sizes that were too small to big and in order to receive my items it took at least three months. In fact, the order that was ordered for my daughters high school senior year did not arrive until almost the complete end of the season. It was a total joke. Most recently, my daughter now will be going to college and I just ordered sweats and a sweatshirt for her. I was told that if it didn’t specify women’s that they were men’s into order accordingly, so that’s what I did and I am now being told that what I ordered was the opposite gender even though it does not state that and they will not refund me exchange or let me change my sizes and I just ordered from them eight hours ago. It’s an absolute disaster. Their customer service is horrendous.

Accounting department is a disaster and I feel bad for the salesperson who had to try and run cover for their complete incompetence. Gave a card number to the salesperson to pay for 225+ jerseys and received a mailed invoice a month later because they never ran the card. They also couldn't run a card for our 250+ custom hats player hoodies and practice shirts. Our reorder on some misprints was also not charged on the card so we had to resort to mailing checks for our order. When we received our redos, they forgot to do player numbers on EVERYTHING. We're not mailing those back so we can wait another month to get our the kids the rest of their gear. If your time and the accuracy of your order matter to you, DO NOT use BSN.

SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW. Dont order winter sports items b/c it will be late spring before it arrives. Disappointed and hope our team does not use them next year.

Bought a Product that I had Purchased before and was decent . decided to purchased addition amounts of same product . Description , picture , spec all the same as before and still to this day is the same . Product isn't nearly the same Quality or Performance wise . Left review about the problem and even used their Email Contact , Review never Posted ( cause it wasn't a 5 Star ) Yet they still claim the product has 5 Stars . No response from their Customer service or sales . I am not the only who has tried to leave reviews that never get posted , I wouldn't recommend you buy anything from this company , JMO

Every Kid on team received their complete order on a Monday. This is Thursday and still no order of my son's received and no resolution. He doesn't have the gear for practice that the entire team has, so he definitely stands out at practice, but not for performance. All kids at this age are excited when the new stuff comes in for the year. How can 1 out of 30 orders be misplaced or whatever? Emails take a whole day to respond and tell me the same thing the phone person told me. Saying order was delivered, when in fact it wasn't. I would not recommend using this company. Pay a little more and order through a local sporting good store. At least if they mees up, they will provide timely resolution and not give your kid a complex....as if high school isn't challenging enough. COME ON MAN!!!!!

Perfect Service, Idk about these reviews but from my experience it was good they notified me and it shipped out very fast. It came to me in 2 weeks. With very good quality, 5 stars!

The most HORRIFIC experience ever. First it makes no sense why it takes 3 months to order & receive product but it's even worse that they won't do exchanges WHEN THEY SCREW UP. I already told our team director if they go with BSN another year we're leaving the program. Will NEVER deal with BSN.

If I could give them 0 stars I would of. Worst service ever. Ordered for my daughters Basketball team at school 1st of December 2022 first order was not even for the same school they sent out order 3 times and each time it came with wrong stuff. Finally they said they could not correct and had to refund me. I did not want a refund I wanted my daughter to have the gear that the rest of her team had. They would not resend the product. Will never order from them again and will be talking to school to find a different place for the school sports wear.

They canceled my order without notifying me, and they kept sending me emails regularly for over 3 months post-cancelation saying that the order was still under production. When I asked about what the expected delivery date would be, they informed me that it had been canceled and I would not be receiving the items. They were extremely unhelpful over the phone and kept blaming it on a "mistake with the communication system" and taking no accountability or offering any solutions.

I do not recommend BSN! I placed an order on 11/15/2022 with the expectation that the product would arrive in 5-7 weeks. Well as I tell people we shouldn’t assume anything. It is 1/29/2023 and still have not received a thing. When I contacted the company I was told I would receive my product on 1/28/2023. It didn’t arrive as I was told, so the tracking stated arriving on 1/29/2023 and of course it did not arrive so now am told I’ll get the product on 1/30/2023. I just would say if you need something for the season you may need to order a year ahead. This company is not prompt in its service. I do hope that when I get the product the quality makes up for their slow approach to get orders completed.

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter and they were too small. Called the company and they told me to send it back and will not provide a mailing label. Furthermore, I am stuck with the cost of shipping it back. The item was three times more expensive in the first place but I thought the size would fit so I ordered it since it's what the team is requiring. Going forward I will never order from this company again and make sure our team doesn't either.

We ordered some sweatpants according to the size chart. The waist fits, but the length is too short. They come to mid-calf. Customer service was remarkably friendly, but said the company does not accept returns or process exchanges if the item is embellished. After expressing dismay, the rep said we would get a 25% refund, and suggested we donate the sweatpants to the team in case they fit someone else. We will do so, and recommend the coach use another supplier.

I ordered two backpacks with my kids name and school logo weeks before Christmas. One week before Christmas, I received a package that included someone else’s order. When I contacted BSN, they apologized but said it would be weeks before my order could be completed and the order could not be expedited…. so much for Christmas. Well, I finally received my order today and the quality is garbage. My fault for apparently not reading the description close enough but I was not expecting the names and logo to be iron-on garbage. The letters are crooked and cracked, and not the embroidered production was expecting. This order was certainly not worth the $140+ I spent on these bags. I would suggest going elsewhere.

3 months later and they still can't make my order right and they refuse to give a refund! Ordered 10/8/22, Received a men's shirt instead of the women's one ordered so I called 12/23 to get the correct one since it was their error. I was told they'd get it done.... forward to 1/12/23, called again to get status, was told it would be 5-7 weeks before it would be shipped out!!! I won't have it in time to actually wear it for events so I asked for a refund and they refused!! NO refund for their error. Gone are the days of business integrity and real customer service.

If I could give this company "0" stars I would. We ordered our school athletic uniforms in September. They didn't arrive until December - and they did not fit. When I called the company to see what I could do about it - they hung up on me. I cannot believe they are still in business.

Please do not order from this company. Our school placed an order from them in October and we still have not received our order. And they refuse to give us a refund. Very poor customer service
