Chair wouldn't stay up. Return was easy enough, FedEx came and picked it up.

Bought the Refurbished Steelcase Amia - ordering process was fast and easy, delivered fast, and the quality of the chair was excellent! Honestly it looks like a brand new chair (it was probably in a conference room where it was sat on a handful of times).

I really love the YouTube content BTOD has regarding the different chairs they sell, couldn’t be happier with my chair and the condition it was received in.

I went with BTOD because of the short lead times. Seems that when they rolled out the new seat option, they didn't inform anyone that they didn't actually have them in stock. I was told to hang in there, and we should have it out by next week. After no update, I found out that they STILL didn't have an eta the following week. After a month of waiting with no eta I canceled the order. The customer service person was attentive and quick to respond, and gave me a 5% discount when asked for which is why I gave the extra star.

I used a steelcase chair at the college I am attending. I researched and bought a higher end chair from the same company. I gave the chair to my husband for work. He has a bad back and he stated that the chair has changed his life. Yay!

We went with BTOD because their website advertised the lowest lead times. Long after our chairs should have shipped we were told that our choice of seat added two to three weeks to lead time… we were disappointed but understood. The date just kept getting pushed further and further out so we cancelled.

The chair is such an excellent fit for my petite frame. I'm so thankful that you make chairs for petite people. And the youTube video to assemble it is superb and very easy to follow. No tools needed.

I have been waiting forever for my Chair to arrive. and I still have not received it. I can not rate anything until I get the chair. I would have left a review with more detail but the only experience I have so far is that I paid for something, and keep getting emails that it will be sent to me. Then I get an email to leave a review.

I started out like a lot of people have, looking for a new chair to replace their uncomfortable one. I WFH, and had been using a Secret Lab XL chair for quite some time. And over my few years of using it, it ruined my back.

After doing a ton of research, and scouring forums and youtube vids and reddit posts. I found Ergonomic chairs and BTOD, after a few months of flopping back and forth, I finally decided to pull the trigger on the LAMIA chair, only because of the complaints of the seat of the leap.

I started by calling BTOD directly with my concerns, I'm a bigger guy, and was worried I wouldn't fit the specs for the chair. After talking with the really nice gentleman about my specifications and worries, he pointed me tword my decision, and was glad to help me in the process.

Once I got my chair, it was super easy to set up and get going. Though I had 2 problems initially.

1. My arms were a tad short for the arm rests, they didn't sit on them in a natural position.

2. The gas cylinder of my chair was just releasing randomly.

I got great help from April on how to fix my cylinder. She was patient with me, and sat on the phone while I figured it out. But after some trouble shooting, it worked.

As far as my arm rests go, I got little pad covers and it helps me sit comfortably.

I really enjoy my chair, it's for sure an upgrade. Though still with the Amia seat, my butt still gets sore from time to time. But I'm in it 12+ hours a day.

I really appreciate the great customer service I received and the well made product. I look forward to doing business again with BTOD, and will recommend my friends to their services in thee future.

Total failure. Didn't send the chair with the correct parts. Chair cannot be assembled. Holes on the bottom of the seat and no there for the armrests. There should be six , there are none.

Amazing chair, can't even tell its refurbished. Chair came 90% assembled which was really nice. The seat with the extra padding is immediately comfortable and feels natural. The material covering the seat feels nice and hopefully will with stand my furry monsters claws. The arm rests were the original ones but they look brand new and are very nice gel pads that I can dig my elbows in. Wheels are the originals but again feel brand new and have no issue gliding. Backpad is very flexible and does not feel like it bottoms out. Lumbar, Reclining, Seat Height, and Seat depth have many options to adjust for wacky sized people like me. There are also tons of video's out there to add your own custom headrest which wasn't needed but definitely is appreciated to have if your above 6 feet.

Had one minor issue with shipping which was a slightly broken seatpan glider and they sent me a replacement within a few days along with instructions. Took me 5 minutes to replace and now I have an extra glide for the otherside since they sent me both.

Everything was very easy, totally uncomplicated.

The shipping was far quicker than expected and the chair is incredibly nice. Aching back is all gone.

The Leap V2 chair I got seems brand new, and even better, has been outfitted with a seat cushion that isn't available from Steelcase.
