Excellent communication from day one and kept us updated daily . Workmen vey good and kept place tidy and hilarious carrying out the work.

I had this company to install my extractor fans and loft installation they kept me updated with where the fans can go. Worked very well keep there areas clean no mess I am very happy with there work and now it’s Monday nearly 4 days in my house is filling the benefit already

So I qualified for the work to be done, the surveyor came out and he knew what he was doing. Due to some issues around the kitchen windows I couldn't have a extractor fan there. So that was agreed. Today the installers come. Now the boss is forcing me to have a extractor fan in the kitchen even tho it couldn't have one. The installer said that because he can't put one in the kitchen he can put one in the opposite end of the room, still ventilating the downstairs. The boss decided now and they have just pulled out, Now no communication from the office, not picking up any messages. The surveyor knew what he was doing but others don't, communication lacking

I had a very good experience with bts grants. They did a very good job and finished on time. Fully satisfied with their work.

The guys did a average job doing the cavity wall insulation and the heating controls.
The guys were very polite but made a mess of the wiring job.I would like to thank Shane and his guys for doing a average job. I’m still waiting for a certificate for the work.

Explained in initial telephone conversation that I only required loft insulation and was informed that was okay and surveyor would visit this morning. Wanted me to send pics of my loft which I explained I was not able to do as I had no loft ladder and I’m 70 years old. I made a call to them this morning as no one had contacted me or arrived for my appointment only to be informed that I did not qualify for only the loft insulation as my property had already cavity wall insulation installed (20 years ago) and as I was not receiving any government benefits I did not qualify. I am a pensioner with health issues and receive attendance allowance however not on the governments specified list of benefits. Very disappointed and a waste of my time.

Fast service, helpful staff, Shane completed the survey within 48hrs of request

Just had full gas central heating and ventilation fitted and was very pleased with the result. The installation team was very hardworking and worked nonstop for two days to complete the work. In addition, the company was very quick to deal with my request and only took less than a week from the initial request. The only complaint I had was that the company was so impatient for me to write a review, as I was bombarded with numerous calls on my phone and on WhatsApp on the following day and for four days after.I could have written a more extensive and indeed positive report if I had been given the time to think about, but unfortunately it did not happen.

The lads who fitted the boiler were very hard working and very efficient. Shane was very professional in every way. I couldn't believe how quickly everything was sorted.

The process from start to finish was really easy. Initial contact was informative and visit was booked in quickly by Shane who then kept me up to date with when my installations were happening. I was kept up to date with install appointments which were scheduled quickly.

All of the installers worked hard and got the job done to a great standard.

Fantastic company to use. Seamless process from start to finish. All completed within 1 week of the initial phone call.

I had in my apartment for now just insulation. The work is done, nice. The guys were very nice and friendly. Now I am waiting for the boiler.

My boiler was replaced by a very hard working crew of 3, who did,nt stop all day until work was complete. We're very polite and explained how boiler worked before leaving. Cleared all mess up too. Very happy.

This company have been fantastic! They communicated everything well and the work was carried out to a high standard!

Quick installation,, nice people

Experience was good with this company, got the job done , however it does get really messy would have liked for the people to have cleaned up after but other then that it was fine .

Install was quick and easy, engineers worked hard all day to get the boiler installed and fully working.

A very quick and reliable service. From first contact to boiiler being installed was 4 working days.
On the day of installation 3 men arrived and started the work. They never stopped from start to finish. It took them about 5 hours to complete. It was explained to me how to use the controls. They left my home in a very clean condition. I could not be happier with my new boiler and how the men worked to fit it. I would very highly recommend BTS Grants.

Contacted the company one week ago. The survey was arranged promptly the same week and the boiler and loft insulation was fitted the week after. Efficient and reliable service and the installation team were polite, hard working and explained everything thoroughly. I had two radiators not working properly and a difficult valve on another and all was fixed and working by the end of the installation. Thanks for your help.

End to end service has been great! From survey to application for grant and finally installation of combi boiler and loft insulation. The team travelled 3 hrs to get to our house in wales, they were friendly, didn’t stop for 10hrs as was a very challenging installation on 250yr old house. They kept us updated throughout.
Would recommend!!
