Buckle & Band - Bands for Apple Watch レビュー

The strap is nice, had a small issue which was resolved, but just felt underwhelmed by the customer care I received. My experience was by no means bad but since you asked this is my honest opinion and it was possibly because I purchased a refurbished strap.

Thank you for responding, to explain the watch strap arrived with one of the attachments upside down. I felt that the customer service representative insinuated that I had tried to modify the strap myself and hence caused the issue. This was absolutely not the case. The customer service representative did explain how to correct the issue with a pin that should have been included in the box, but wasn’t. I managed to use something I had at home to fix the attachment, which was totally fine but just felt that if they had just said “our mistake, sorry!”, then I would have given you the extra star. Hope that explains my rating.

Bought an iPhone 13 Pro leather case and very pleased. Picked up the “used” one but it was still in great condition so a bargain. Case has held up well to a few drops as expected from a leather case, it absorbs the impact instead of the phone so does wear out after each drop. But better that than the phone! The sides of the case have started to show wear and discolouration after going in and out a pocket for a couple months, but nothing too major. Still very happy for the price. Fits the phone nicely and buttons are good so all in all decent case!

My brown leather watch strap does get some rough treatment and was delighted when Mark offered to replace it completely when I asked for a new retaining band .
Great service

Product looked exactly as the item appeared on the website. Fine quality. I also appreciated the communication updates on shipping and maintenance of the band once I received it.

Love my wallet. Feels and looks great with a great price!

“Absolutely fantastic. Feels so good compared to the case I had. Soft, smooth and exceptional quality. Loved the detail they put into the packaging. Would do a video but that’s if they send me another colour 😏”

Very good watch strap

Quick delivery of a nice vegan leather band! The metal watch connections make it for me.

It’s an absolutely beautiful wristband! Since it only comes in one size, it did not fit my wrist even after taking all the extra links out. So disappointed I cannot wear it. Other than the size, I would’ve given it five stars.

I very much appreciated the constant contact from the vendor. I’ve never had that with any other vendor and found that it was a very professional and personal touch. Thank you again. I love my watchband!

Great product, I purchased 2 of the Apple Watch gold and silver bracelets both delivered within a couple of days

Highly recommend for Buckle & Band leather apple watch strap, fantastic quality and looks awesome.

This is a beautiful band and the packaging is exemplary. It’s hard to believe the immense value for the low price and I’m impressed that the package was delivered to the States so quickly. I appreciated the handwritten note.
