I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to to be able to leave a review. I ordered 4 rings, gave one as a gift and the gold piece on top fell off of it the very next day my friend told me. How embarrassing. Then within a month of having my ring and a bracelet I had ordered, the gold piece on my ring falls off and my bracelet just breaks while I’m wearing it beads go everywhere, it was ridiculous the poor quality. So when I contact customer service along with pics of my broken bracelet and ring with missing piece( haven’t even had them 2 months) they inform me that they are sorry but they only replace or refund if it within 30 days. And then went on to say that my bracelet breaking was actually a good sign that my bracelet had done its job protecting me. What a frighten joke.. DONT ORDER FROM BUDDHA POWERSTORE... TOTAL SCAMMERS AND CHEAP PRODUCTS THAT WILL FALL APART... they get zero stars

I was hesitant to buy because of so many bad reviews but still I gave a try and I got my bracelet after 1 month from the date of order. I just hope that this is a real one because some photos of the packaging in the internet are not the same as mine. In the internet, it is with a nice black box with a card stating how they make the bracelet.

Mine is also in a black box but kinda ruined and it has a thank you for purchasing card with a 20% discount on the next purchase. I'm kinda worried if it's really an original or just a copy store. :(

I wish also that they include a letter of how to wear it properly because on the internet, some says on the left some also says on the right and some says wear in your writing hand. Hope the store can reply to me.

The bracelet is beautiful though. Now im just excited and waiting for my fortune to come. 🙏🙏🙏

I have paid £56.56 ($69.90) for two bracelets which I liked very much. I have just this minute received a package with only one bracelet. Could you please tell me why you have only sent me one without no explanation as to why the second one was no where to be seen. I look forward to receiving it as soon as possible. They were meant to be given as gifts. I am so disappointed.

I made a mistake on my order and I tried calling the Buddha Power Store
Phone no. And it goes to voicemail.
I emailed them right away but they didn’t response to my email until they already ship my order.
What type of company like this that doesnt consider cancel or changing quantity of my order.
I find this store as a Joke.
Doesn’t value the customers concern.

Ordered a guitar teaching tool on June 5, 2020 and today is June 28th and still haven't received anything yet. Emailed the support requesting a refund last week only to receive a response promising the product by next week and declining my refund request. Highly discourage any ordering from this company.

I ordered 4 bracelets on May 21, still waiting, today is June 25, I can't get a hold of nobody about this order, the phone rings and rings and nobody answer, this one is a totally SCAM, do not purchased from this store

Dont ever purchase. This is a hoax. You will be donating your money. I have been waiting since March for my so called braclet. They blame Covid 19. Strange....I have order other products from Shenzehn and Hong Kong . Those purchases have arrived yet Buddha Power say it is still on it's way despite requesting a refund. They say they only give refunds on returned items. How can you return something you never received. They are a scam

Don’t ever ever order to them..
I returned and posted the bracelet as it’s useless its more than a month now but until now they never refund my money back..I keep sending them a email but no reply..if they reply there saying I order to them ,there cannot even understand or there not even bother to read my email..
It’s a waste of money to order of this bracelet..

Ordered mine around 9th of June 2020 got it 2 weeks later ,very happy with it and the quality is very good.

DON NOT BUY FROM THEM.
HERE THE EMAIL I RECEIVED AFTER THEY SENT A PACKAGE THAT NEVET ARRIVED.

Not sure how to get my money back.

I have read other reviews about timely arrivals and I am very upset with these people. Let’s not forget that they send everything airfreight and with this pandemic a lot of businesses are closed or reduced staff and the airlines and packages coming from overseas are being delayed EVEN MORE. Now with all the chaos going on in California??? Well.. I can tell you I have bought the obsidian (2 of them) black and the gold/black fungshei Bracelet. They are very very high quality heavy, not like these little beads you get from wish and I’ve had them for 6 months now. I’ve ordered multiple items from them. It does take a while but being under the circumstances we are under now, I’m sure it will take longer.

I order 2 bracelets the beginning of June 2020 and i received it the 2 wks after. I am very happy about the service. Its fast, faster than other online company that i order some stuff from took 2 to 3 month waiting. I tried the product good quality little bit tight but, its alright. I cant say anything about lucky or anything good about the bracelet coz just got it but i will make another post if anything change to me in good way or bad.

They have the worst customer service you could get , don’t waste your time phoning , I called 3 different times and left messages with no replies , I’ve ordered several items and in the beginning before the pandemic they had good shipping time , and then got slower and slower , had an issue with one of my bracelets that was too tight on my wrist and was trying to buy a few extra beads , they took 3-4 days to get back to me aprox 4 times and never answered my question , sent a picture of the indents on my wrist and the person told me I could take off a couple of beads , what a stupid thing to say , wouldn’t that make it tighter ?
I’m finished with them before I keep going on

This company sucks. Fake phone numbers. Contact us button doesn’t work. All you get is lies. When they say wear this bracelet and wealth will come they are not lying. Wealth will come to them and crap will come to you. Just suck it up instead of wasting hours to get it straightened out. You will never win. Sharon

First off I see a lot of people calling them a scam if you ordered months ago and you are still waiting know that it takes a while to get to you where ever you are or better yet order the product off wish or look on amazon for the same exact bracelet. Just giving advice don’t waste 60/70 on no legit bracelet

I said I wasn't going to waste my time, but today was the last straw with this incompetent organization that calls themselves a respectable company.
Placed my order the third week of April. They kept putting me off about when the order shipped. I requested a refund and was put off again and again, saying my order had been filled and was on the way. Nothing arrived but that didn't stop them from requesting further orders from me. After going back and forth for three, yes (3) months, I finally told them to just keep it and I would suffer my losses.
My order arrived today. Put the bracelet on my wrist and after wearing it for only a couple of hours. Guess what? It broke.
I really blame myself for getting sucked in. I will not make that mistake with Budda Power Store again. Because, I found out that I could buy the same cheep piece of junk for $3.00 instead of the almost $60.00 I put out.
Be smart people. Do not buy from this fly by night company.

I thought this was going to be a scam because it taken almost an entirely month to get to me. My ring and the bracelet both were in great condition. I am happy to receive my order and can't wait to try my ring out. Thanks Buddha Power company for not being a scam.

I purchased three bracelets for myself and family. My bracelet broke after only having it for six weeks. I emailed their customer service to get a replacement bracelet, but their warranty is for only 30 days. Not very happy about that as I would have hoped as the item is which made by hand would have lasted for years. What a waste if money. I would not recommend them.
