I made two orders on the same day at the end of March 2020. Tracking details through Australia Post arrived and I was also able to see what happening via China Post. One package arrived in perfect order in a few weeks and gave the sender's details in ShenZen industrial district. The other package got as far as ShenZen airport, sat in customs for two months and then was returned to the sender. (This is apparently true for many packages at ShenZen and other airports.)
Buddha Power keeps referring me to the original tracking which has of course now expired.
I have asked repeatedly that the order be sent again, or a refund given, and receive only polite, non-committal replies.
To be fair, I have been waiting many weeks for other deliveries both local and overseas, and other friends have waited for deliveries from Europe since February.

This is such an obvious scam with clearly fake claims!! But unfortunately people still fall for it. Advertising standards should look into it as there are so many false promises being made and absolutely no science behind it.

Please don’t give them your money!!

This crap company has ripped me off a Wealth Ganesha Necklace and two Tibetan Copper beads bracelet and they will not give me a refund or replacements.
I have asked them repeatedly and no response from them except for "You have received this order" or "ask your neighbors or look around in your house"
An as if I didn't think of checking the Canada Post as they suggested.
They will not answer my calls and the messages I keep receiving is "Thank you for your reply but you have already received your order."
So greedy and are cons.
I wish I hadn't seen the article about this place.

I wish i can give zero stars. I ordered from them on 5/22/20, i still have yet to get it. I tried calling, no one ever called me nack. With email being the only way for i response, i was told that the packeage was shipped. Here was are months later. Then i get an email stating that i got the package ans want me to tell them how mu h i like it. Lol. Asking for a refund.

Look at their ads, its all scripted. They are great actors. They dont even have last name ontheir videos. Their experience was so dramatic. Have faith in God and believe in yourself.

Wish I could give zero stars. My $88.80 order was placed on 5/28/2020. After a month I contacted “Dotzero Ltd” or the “Buddha Power store” several times between 6/21/2020 - 7/29/2020 & was told “it’s shipped but slow due to covid-19...” They refused to refund my money / cancel the order each time because the order was placed but not received“??? The customer service is horrific at best. The customer service number is worthless, they never answer & have not returned 1 of the 4 voicemails I have left. In each email they claim the items are “handmade and shipped from a Buddhist temple...” but I see nothing to prove that on the website.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!

I have sent them the screen shot of the proof that they have received no less than 7 times. This is the response I get every time. Con merchants

If I could get by with zero stars, that's what I would give them. They took nearly $65.00 of my money on 4/16/2020. Here it is 7/26/2020 and I'm still waiting. Luckily I paid through PayPal and I have them involved in this. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!

This buddha power store also referred to as Dotzero pte Ltd is a SCAM! I ordered bracelets online through PayPal on 30/6/20. I realised they are scammers and tried to cancel within 15 minutes but unable.
I contacted them by email and phone call several times and when they eventually responded, they said they are unable to cancel the order as all orders go straight to their manufacturer.
The same email included that the items has been shipped with tracking number. I couldn't track the items as the number wasn't available on Hermes.
I asked for full refund of $43:95.
They refused and sent a crooked message that the bracelet was delivered to my address at 07:30PM on 17/7/20. They couldn't give any answer as to who received the items and the address. They rather want me to sort it out with my local Hermes which I made so much efforts but the seller was unconcerned. It's glaring the seller never sent the bracelets. They even asked me for review before they said the bracelets was delivered.

I have raised dispute with PayPal and waiting for the outcome. The seller claimed they have no affiliations with PayPal and am just wondering how they got paid. The store is a SCAM!!! They shouldn't be allowed to keep duping genuine buyers and not linked with reputable organisation as PayPal for payment.

I shop online comfortably with PayPal as my only payment option. Hopefully, PayPal would help the situation.

You honestly can find these exact bracelets at Amazon for literally 9.00 please read reviews before you buy Anything!! This whole company needs to be pulled off the internet seriously it already low to be a scanner. But to do it in a pandemic were ppl are looking for hope and fortune in any form is disgusting!

Obvious con, how can people be pretending to be so virtuous while being so wicked. Please people, do not give them your money.

This place is a big rip off they send it to the wrong address and then when it is sent back to them they what you to spend more money to get ut resent back to you and if you don't want to pay more money to get it send back to you and you ask for a refund they say they only give you back 30%of the money you payed the reason they only give you 30%back is they say the courier destroyed it and that's bull couriers don't destroy and thing they send it back to them

I moved house & things are quite alright Post bracelets.

The bracelet I ordered was way too big. Slipped off and broke. After countless calls and no call backs and unanswered emails over and over. I finally got through. She said she will make me a bracelet 61/2. I said ok. All they did was send me a different bracelet that was still way too big!! I was not happy. AGAIN COUNTLESS OF NO CALL BACK AND UNANSWERED CALLS AND EMAILS. NOTHING. I SENT BACK THE BRACELET. I HAD TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING TOO. WROTE A LETTER. I JUST WANT MY REFUND BACK. I'M STILL WAITING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER!!!!! ALL I want is my refund and then. GOOD RIDDINS!!!! Never Ever Ever will I order another thing from this company!!

Awful customer service it broke in less then 2 weeks took well over a month to arrive I’m still waiting for other product from them brackets are poorly made and they don’t standby there policy will not buy from them again..

Ordered my bracelet even though I thought it was a scam....got the bracelet and as I thought didnt do a thing they claimed...contacted them to return it and I would have to pay to ship it back to China when it came from a USA address...Good scam they are running...it also has to be returned unused...how do they expect you to try it if it cant be used?

DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH THESE PEOPLE. they do not return phone calls. I placed my order on June 1 2020 it is July 11 2020. I still have not received my order. you cannot contact them at all.

AMAZEBALLS!! I ordered 345 of these absolutely beautiful and expensive looking magic bracelets and I wore them all around my body including my wrist 🤭 and now I have 1 million pounds in the bank and a lovely hot wife and crocodile skin shoes and a piano made of gold and an island! Five stars. I'm gonna get a thousand more this week and see if I can't get that yacht made of crystal that I want. Fingers crossed, I just know the Buddha bracelets won't let me down

I bought a ring from this store and paid for shipping which supposed to be for fast delivery but it took almost 2 months to arrive after sending millions of emails asking about my item. Will definitely NOT order from this store anymore....lesson learned....
