Buddy Punch is a cloud based time clock solution that pre-populates reports for payroll. Employees can punch in on their desktop or mobile devices. Punching in & out is intuitive for your employees & easy for you to view & export time. Employees can clock in using a browser or our Google, iOS, & Android apps. You can view who's working, their GPS position or even limit where they can punch. We integrate with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, & SurePayroll while also offering Excel exports. Advanced features such as PTO Accrual Tracking, Punch Rounding, Job Codes, QR Codes, Automatic Breaks, & SSO are all included in our cloud based time clock.

The software is very easy to use, which I appreciate. I especially like the vacation tracking features, as they make managing time off much simpler. Additionally, I find it helpful to be able to see where employees clock in and out.

Buddy Punch is a top-tier time tracking solution that perfectly balances security with ease of use. Switching our small healthcare company over to Buddy Punch was one of the best moves we’ve made.
We struggled with a different time tracking app previously, but Buddy Punch has been much more reliable and efficient for our needs. In the healthcare field, accountability is everything. Features like Geofencing and GPS tracking give me peace of mind by showing exactly where my team is when they clock in, and the map visualizations make managing multiple sites a breeze. I also love the IP locking and schedule limiting, which keep our logs accurate without extra oversight.
The time editing approval workflow is seamless, and both the web and mobile apps are incredibly intuitive. On top of a great product, their customer support is excellent and the pricing is very fair. It’s a feature-rich tool that has made our payroll process much more efficient. Highly recommended!

Try to mess with my hours
I noticed that some hours were not right then I told my supervisor that the hours I got before payroll was not correct then he corrected it. By law no one can mess with employees hours at any time!!!

User-friendly app and program
The software is quite user-friendly. I appreciate how it notifies us about late, early, or missed shifts, and I also like that there is an option to disable all alerts if needed. My primary use for the program is scheduling, though I have also made use of a few reports. It is very easy to use and generally easy to adjust. I utilize the app on a daily basis. Its very easy to set employees up and make adjustments. The app is useful and convenient.

What I like most about Buddy Punch is the ease of use. All my employees can start using it from day 1 without much training. The GPS tracking and facial recognition is great.
