Buddy Punch is a cloud based time clock solution that pre-populates reports for payroll. Employees can punch in on their desktop or mobile devices. Punching in & out is intuitive for your employees & easy for you to view & export time. Employees can clock in using a browser or our Google, iOS, & Android apps. You can view who's working, their GPS position or even limit where they can punch. We integrate with QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, & SurePayroll while also offering Excel exports. Advanced features such as PTO Accrual Tracking, Punch Rounding, Job Codes, QR Codes, Automatic Breaks, & SSO are all included in our cloud based time clock.

Pretty Good Way of Keeping Track of Hours
I really enjoy using buddy punch as a way to keep track of hours. For me it does it on a bi-weekly basis (which is how I get paid) so it's a nice way of seeing if I'm completely over or under my hours for the pay period. I'd say it's also pretty user friendly!

Nice software
Nice software. It automatically punches out at 12.00 when you forgot. Super easy to use. Would recommend.

Their willingness and ability to satisfy customer requirements has, frankly, been refreshing. Our labor tracking and payroll have become almost completely automated using the Buddy Punch REST API along with our custom in-house solution. I don't use the scheduling bells and whistles they offer, but simply gather data by way of their mobile app. So I can't write about the scheduling. However, for gathering the data we need such as who, when, where, job number, etc., the system has worked well for us at CMR Electric, INC.

I’ve never used anything like buddy punch before, I really like it. It’s fast, efficient, and super easy to use. I can leave my employer messages in case I get to work early or late.
