When a booking is made, the conditions and fees are determined directly by the operating airlines rather than our platform. Because these are strict airline regulations, altering or overriding these fees is not possible on our end.

These terms are presented during the booking process to ensure transparency before a ticket is finalized. Since you read and accepted the terms, unfortunately, these rules cannot be overriden!

Thank you for bringing this to attention. Receiving only a partial booking confirmation is definitely not the smooth experience expected when planning a trip.

When a booking contains multiple flights or airlines, some tickets can occasionally take a little longer to process and generate than others. The remaining parts of the confirmation are usually being processed in the system.

However, we can confirm that all the tickets were generated and we will reach out to you immediately to check if you received the tickets.
