The initial difficulty with the payment link is acknowledged.
Technical gateway interruptions can occasionally cause payment links to fail. A review of the transaction history confirms that the system has now successfully processed the payment and the booking is fully secured. The updated itinerary and electronic ticket details have been sent to the registered email inbox.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using BudgetAir. Although I received an e-ticket after booking, it did not include the airline PNR or the ticket number, which are essential for managing a booking, checking in, or verifying it with the airline.
This lack of important information caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty, making me question whether my booking had actually been confirmed. Customers should not have to chase basic booking details after making a payment.
I expected a smooth and transparent booking process, but this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend BudgetAir unless they improve their booking confirmation process and ensure that all essential flight details are provided immediately.

The uncertainty regarding the flight details is completely understandable. A check on the booking shows that the ticket was successfully issued, and a confirmation email containing both the ticket number and the airline PNR was sent to the email address provided during checkout.

I booked my ticket on 11/6/26 around 11pm and it was showing only booking no , no confirmation ticket or no pnr no also.. after multiple time I called customer care there response also not much ... At last after 48 hours over i got my confirm ticket... If it is taking this much time i will never ever book my ticket through this budget air... Multiple time I booked Tickets for other app or other side but I never faced this much problem... It's a very worst experience in my life
