The whole booking process went smoothly, with no crashes, and I'm happy the site was transparent about the costs, there were no hidden extra charges or sudden price changes.

Changed flight date with no reason

Hello Alise,
The feedback regarding the unexpected flight date change has been received.
The schedule modification was implemented directly by the operating airline due to operational reasons linked to safety and security regulations.
Airlines maintain the authority to adjust flight schedules when necessary for these purposes. System records indicate that the booking has now been canceled from your end, and the refund process is underway.
Contact will be made directly to provide a detailed explanation of the schedule change along with the specific tracking updates for the return of the funds.
Kind regards,
Steve

Best airfares!
Best airfares!
This is my second time booking return flights with BudgetAir for travel between Almaty and Port Moresby, and I've had a great experience both times. The biggest advantage for me is their competitive airfares. I also appreciate that they offer well-planned routes with convenient layover times, making transit smooth and stress-free. I would definitely consider booking with them again.
