The bed we received is excellent and is exactly as described. Unfortunately, the delivery service was not so great. The driver was very rude to us and not at all helpful.

Effectiant delivery. Easy online ordering

I brought the bed base for my son who had been sleeping with a mattress on the floor. Instantly hes had a better sleep and has corrected his posture. I didn't mind paying the extra $100 as the price increased once it hit December! Still the cheapest bedbase and well made. Delivery was fast even though my son had to help get his bed out of the well packed truck lol.

These guys are awesome. This is the second bed I have bought from them and the whole experience has been fantastic. From being really easy to place our order to the communication from with regard to the making of the bed and delivery schedules right through to delivering on a Sunday for us. It's great to be able to purchase NZ made products from a local company and I really can't recommend these guys enough.

The bed arrived in good time. The delivery guy was helpful and efficient. The bed is a little hard, but with the right topper it is good value for money. Thank you

I sent numerous emails to the customer support email and never got any reply and had to call constantly to follow up on my delayed delivery for my double bed. I am now looking for a single bed but not sure if I will use budget beds again unless I get a discount. Not very happy.

There’s no one followed up my order in 3 days, even through I sent an email to ask “how long I could receive my order”.

A friend recommended about this store simply best store in Auckland was looking for a king bed and we bought nxy bed very comfortable and well priced.

An amazing customer service and well priced store

Delivery was 7 hours late. Lack of customer service and support. Although the drivers were extremely kind and fast with installation, the office staff were pathetic.
Spoke to Gaurav who was kind enough to sort out the issues, although the delovery was still 7 hours late.

It will take another 2 weeks to get our bed :(

Budgetbeds are very nice with their service and products. I love their products which they give and their service are always available on email or calls.

I love my new mattress however needed to follow up twice re when the delivery was to be made however once established a date it arrived on time. Thank you

The mattress wasn't what I was after delivery was quick but mattress wasn't that great ended up giving it away
