Be aware that I could not return items back to Buff. Their PO Box is not a valid address as my parcel was returned to me two weeks later and Royal Mail stated it was an incomplete address.

As I had to pay for return postage, I wasted my money and time. After it was returned to me, it was then too late to get a refund. When I contacted Buff about the problem with their return address they simply sent the same incorrect address to me. After that, my additional emails were ignored.

If you do want to purchase from Buff, only buy items you will definitely keep, as this company just ignored my email when I asked why my parcel was returned. I've never experienced such terrible customer service or been unable to return items to an online shop. Beware!!

Update: I submitted a refund claim on PayPal; showing the postal receipt to prove that I returned the Buff to the address Buff provided but it was returned to me undelivered. I got a refund with no issues after including all of Buff's unhelpful emails.

Order never received (traceability fully documented and package in their warehouse and they cannot find it). I have been in touch with claims for 30days with no resolution (either reimburse or send back the requested product).

Ich war jahrelang ein treuer Kunde von Buff, habe die Produkte jedoch bisher ausschließlich im Einzelhandel gekauft. Nun habe ich erstmals im Onlineshop bestellt – und das war eine absolute Zumutung.

Die Versandzeiten sind extrem lang: Bestellung am 05.01., Lieferung erst am 13.01. Das wäre noch halbwegs akzeptabel, wenn zumindest die Retourenabwicklung funktionieren würde. Stattdessen muss man ein umständliches Retourenformular händisch ausfüllen (Artikelnummer, Name, Menge usw.), nur um am Ende beim Absenden eine Fehlermeldung zu erhalten.

Support gibt es ausschließlich über einen Chatbot, der einen immer wieder auf genau dieses nicht funktionierende Formular verweist. Eine echte Hilfe ist das nicht. Zu allem Überfluss muss man die Rücksendekosten nach Spanien auch noch selbst tragen.

So vergrault man langjährige Kunden. Nie wieder Buff!

Ganz schlimm. Das Tuch kam defekt mit Laufmasche bei mir an. Innerhalb von zehn Tagen wurde mir weder eine Retourenfreigabe noch ein Retourenlabel genehmigt. Trotz dreifacher E-Mail meinerseits und Foto in zwei verschiedenen Formaten.Als Rücksendeadresse nur eine Anschrift im Ausland. Gott sei Dank handelt es sich nur um ein Tuch und nicht um ein größeres Paket, da man auf den Portokosten für die Rücksendung sitzen bleibt. Null Kundenservice, fast schon sytsematische Leistungsverweigerung. Nie wieder.

I order before Christmas and the parcel never arrived. After a bit of back and forward and filling out a form they refunded me the never delivered parcel so I'm very happy with how they sorted it out. Thank you

Una vez enviado el pedido que quería devolver, no vuelves a tener noticias de ellos. Se han quedado mi pedido y mi dinero, no existe forma de ponerte en contacto con ellos.

He seguido el procedimiento de devolución que ofrecen en la web, y seguido las instrucciones paso a paso. Recibí el email que indican la solicitud de devolución, pero nada más.

Llevo un mes esperando un mes, y sigo sin noticias ni forma de contactar con esta gente.

En la web no ponen a tu disposición un email, teléfono, ni ninguna otra forma de contactar, si quiera el típico formulario de contacto.

Claramente denunciable.

Man bestellt Ware auf der Originalseite buff.com mit Versandgebühren.
Im Falle einer Retoure heißt es aber, sorry, du musst die Gebühren nach Spanien/Barcelona selbst als Kunde tragen.
In meinem Fall sollte ein Schal-Mützen-Set zurückgehen. Kostenpunkt bei DHL unversichert 11,50€ , versichert €20,50.
So kann man Kunden auch für immer verlieren. Godbye.

I wish I began by reading these reviews in the first place. Placed an order for a christmas present and it never arrived. When I contacted the support team they told me they could not give me an update other then what was on the tracking link which had not been updated in over a week. Certainly would never order from them again or recommend anyone to order from them.

I flagged a technical problem with their website, that resulted in my order being sent to the wrong address. They weren't interested when flagged, my problem apparently. Very poor customer service, avoid this company.

I purchased some neckwear as Xmas presents. Received confirmation email for purchase, advice that items were in transit and being shipped. But one item arrived. Communicating with Buff is a nightmare. Chat doesn’t help and there is no straightforward route to explain the problem. Needs to use Return an item to send a message.

I purchased some Christmas presents and seem to be a scam as Buff is refusing to communicate with me. Stating my order number is incorrect. Buff is ignoring me and saying simply sorry we don't understand what happened... claiming there are no scam sites ...

Sadly have to agree with the other reviews here. Poor customer service and shipping unreliable.

Hatte eine blaue buff Sonnenbrille bestellt.
Außer der Bestellbestätigung kam nichts mehr. Auch nach 10 Tagen und sage und schreibe 10 Emails meinerseits mit höflicher Nachfrage, wann der Artikel versendet würde, kein Kundenkontakt mehr. Dabei hatte ich vorab noch 2 € Trinkgeld gegeben, gutmütig wie ich bin. Nach dem Durchlesen dieser Bewertungen wurde mir ganz flau im Magen.
Doch mein Helferlein in der Not, Chatgpt, brachte mich darauf, dass man den mittels Paypal überwiesenen Betrag wieder zurückholen kann und zwar im Onlinebanking des Bankkontos, das mit Paypal verknüpft ist. "Lastschrift zurückgeben" nennt sich das. Funktionierte reibungslos und geht schneller als der Verkäuferschutz bei Paypal, der meiner Erfahrung nach öfter herumzickt, bzw. mehrere Anläufe benötigt und viel Nervenkraft kostet. Sicherheitshalber stornierte ich den Artikel zusätzlich per Email. Ich bin nun wesentlich vorsichtiger mit unbekannten Onlineplattformen geworden.

On November 1, 2025, I placed an order (Order No: #5514) for “Tommy Hilfiger Lining Shirts (4-Piece Set)” costing ₹399. The payment was successfully processed through the website, and I received an order confirmation. However, till date, I have not received the product, and there has been no response from the seller despite multiple attempts to contact them.

Upon further investigation, I found that the address listed on the website corresponds to a police station in Karol Bagh, Delhi (Police Station Karol Bagh, 10944/3, Doriwalan, near Shidipura, Karol Bagh, Delhi, 110005), which raises serious doubts about the authenticity of the seller.

I believe this website is involved in online shopping fraud, deceiving customers by taking money without delivering products.

Never delivered. Dreadful service, chased but still not received. Only ordered direct from Buff as I needed it quickly. They were more expensive and I had to pay postage, however I thought buying direct from the manufacture would ensure I got my buff in time. How wrong I was. Ordered 21st September, today, 15th October, still not received it. 2 days ago I ordered the same buff from another company and today received my buff. No reply when I requested a refund. Overall dreadful unresponsive service and no buff.

I seriously hope that people do not interact in any way shape or form with this app. There ethics are non existent along with there redemption.

My £40 cap didn't fit, so I requested a return, received a confirmation email and sent it back. Three weeks later, it arrived back on my doorstep, returned post with an "addressee gone away" Royal Mail sticker on it. I looked on their site and saw the address had changed from Potters Bar to Bury St Edmunds. So I went through the whole rigmarole again: requested a return, received a notification email, paid for another label, and sent it off to the new address.

The cap has just been returned to me again via EVRI, with an "access issues" sticker on the package.

I have thrown nearly £50 down the drain and lost hours trying to return a cap that Buff keeps boomeranging back to me.

Buff doesn't have a functional returns policy (or they are just hiding...)

These people are appalling.

I have fallen into the Buff trap.

When I went to their site to buy a hat for my wife, they said they’d send an email with a new customer discount code. It never arrived.

I bought the hat anyway. My card has been charged.

No receipt or order number email arrived. The only communication was a shipping via DHL confirmation.

It’s been a week now and it appears to be stuck on a DHL warehouse in Germany.

This might be a problem caused by the stupid Brexit vote or, as it seems by other comments, just the way they do business.

I’m surprised that they’re still in business at all, to be honest.

If the hat doesn’t arrive with another week, I’ll contact Amex and demand a refund.
