Bugalugs is not only great for pets skin, because the ingredients are super gentle and friendly, but also smells absolutely incredible and it lasts(and lasts!)! We use everything from shampoos, to sprays, to treats.

So glad we came across this brand when we did! It is the only pet shampoo and coat care range we touch🩷

I’ve been a returning customer to Bugalugs for a few years now, and have loved their products. I’ve popped on here to leave a review for their flaxseed oil, as it’s my most purchased product from them since its come out (plus the shampoo bottles last a while)! We cannot have fish in the household due to allergies and when Bugalugs released the flaxseed oil I tried it and seen improvements in both the girls coat within a few weeks of use! It’s an alternative to salmon oil with pretty much the same result! If you need an alternative to it, I highly recommend this one! If anyone is also looking for a fruity scent recommendation for the shampoo I am the biggest fan of their Mango & Banana one!

I absolutely love everything I've bought from Bugalugs! Some of the products I regularly use are shampoos, dental powder, cod liver oil, nose&paw balm, and deshedding brush to name a few!

The quality of every product is outstanding and I will continue to use Bugalugs as I have loved every product I have used, not to mention the team are all absolutely lovely!

The most incredible Brand! The products are amazing. Grooming products smell so good and we love using them for our dog, her fur feels amazing.

We love anything Bugalugs! Owning a dog that was clearly a hippo in a previous life, it’s so hard to find anything that actually makes him clean. Anything we’ve ever tried from Bugalugs not only makes him super clean, but it makes him smell so so nice for ages!

We have used Bugalugs products on both our old girl and our new rescue girl. Our favourite is the paw & nose balm, that stuff is amazing for keeping pads soft and smooth. Each shampoo that we have tried has been amazing, they all smell gorgeous and leave our pups smelling wonderful!

The wet wipes are a life saver too, we have a pack in the car and one at home for using between baths. Also very handy for wiping bums if accidents happen!

We love using Bugalugs product! The best product I love the most is the detangle spray. My dog is a poodle mix and has curly fur. The spray keeps my puo fur very soft and no matting! I love using it everything time after walkie. I always have 2 spray stock up at home!

I love all the bugalugs products. My must haves are the 2in1 detangler spray which I use after every walk to keep my cocker spaniel tangle free. The flea & tick spray which I use before every walk to keep those bugs away (also use this on myself on summer evenings!) and the stinky dog range when he rolls in things he shouldn’t!

Rodney enjoys his shampoo and spray from Bugalugs! The shampoo foams nicely, I would recommend following up with some sort of oil after (we use coconut oil) as can be drying to the skin. However coat is very shiny and feels soft following bath time!

Bugalugs is an amazing brand which I can’t recommend highly enough. Their shampoos, no rinse shampoos (so handy when you can’t be bothered to give doggy a full bath) and the fragrance sprays all smell amazing. The itch and immunity treats work wonders on one of my girls allergies. The vast range of products they have on offer I would be here all day typing about but there is something for every dog and we really genuinely love it all. We always have a cupboard full of bugalugs stuff. Thank you for the amazing products bugalugs. P.S we still need a no rinse one in a million shampoo 😍🐶🩷

I have used several of the bugalugs shampoos on my Labrador. She always smells amazing and her coat is left shiny. My new favorite product is the no rinse paw cleaner! What a game changer after muddy walks! Takes seconds to clean off her paws and they’re left smelling amazing and hydrated! The delivery is always quick as well!

I have loved Bugalugs since I purchased my first shampoo back in 2021! They smell great and even had gentle ones for my pups sensitive skin - the oatmeal is my favourite followed closely by the medi-fresh! We also use the calming supplement oil in her food and have just started using the joint care chews which are making a great difference on my now 5 year old pup

I have tried almost everything from Bugalugs, the Shampoos, No-Rinse Shampoo, Paw & Nose Balm, Support Supplements and Colognes and every product passes my expectations! Firstly they all smell incredible, I wish they did a human body wash 😂 Every time I bath my dog, I use Bugalugs without fail, his coat is so shiny and loose fur comes out easily and doesn’t shed afterwards. Even using a small amount, the shampoo lathers nicely and he becomes a new house air freshener, it’s so nice. The scent lasts for a few days and I get compliments on how soft his fur is. I top up throughout the month with a no rinse or cologne so he is always smelling fresh. The service from the team is great, always incredibly friendly and helpful. Delivery service is always fantastic, on time and carefully packaged. 11/10 every time. Thanks Bugalugs!

Amazing! Every single product we have used is fantastic from the shampoo which the scent lasts ages especially on 2 mud loving water loving spaniels, the detangler is fab on the ears getting out the most stubborn knots again smelling amazing! Could not recommend enough

I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing and concerning experience with Bugalugs Itch & Immunity Dog Treats, purchased via Amazon. As a loyal customer, this was my third tub of these chews for my 1-year-old dog, who has sensitive skin that had been well-managed with previous batches of this product and a consistent diet since January, with no skin issues noted at her recent 10 point health check vet appointment.

The third tub of chews was delivered on July 19th. Upon opening, I immediately noticed they were of a different consistency than usual but thought little of it. I initially gave my dog the chews for about a week and a half, as she had been taking them previously without issue. However, just days after starting this new batch, her health significantly deteriorated. It was at this point that I investigated further and discovered mould on some of the chews, immediately stopping her from consuming them. By July 25th, she broke out all over her body in dried scabs, was intensely itchy, and chewing at her fur.

We had no choice but to take her to the vet immediately. She required an anti-inflammatory injection and antibiotics, costing us over £100, to treat the severe skin condition that emerged directly after consuming these defective chews.

When I complained to Bugalugs, providing photographic evidence of the mouldy chews and the product details, they refunded the cost of the product, which I appreciate. However, they consistently refused to reimburse the veterinary fees. Their justification was that they "found no sufficient evidence to establish a direct causal link" and cited their "internal quality checks" identifying "no wider issues," despite the undeniable mould in my product. This is particularly concerning as I've seen at least one other recent Amazon review for the same product reporting mould, indicating this is not an isolated incident.

It is unacceptable for a pet product to arrive in such a state. Regardless of the precise medical diagnosis of her symptoms, the fact remains that a healthy dog (confirmed by a vet check just two days prior to delivery) consumed a product that was contaminated with mould, immediately became unwell, and incurred significant vet bills. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Bugalugs failed on both counts, and the vet fees are a direct consequential loss due to their defective product.

Bugalugs has refused to take responsibility for the full impact of their faulty product. I strongly advise other pet owners to exercise extreme caution when purchasing these chews. My dog's health was compromised, and the company's lack of accountability for the associated costs is deeply disappointing.

Buyer beware.

Bought the shampoo first time today.
Brilliant. Our dogs coat, feels and smells great.
I thought, initially, pricey, but 2 more dog washes in the bottle , so great.
Will biy again and look at your other products.

I love using this bugalugs dog shampoo - baby fresh! It has a very strong scent to it, and my bathroom doesn’t smell of wet dog after showering her! 100% recommend this!

Love every product ive tried. My dog has allergies and itch and immunity spray gives my dog instant relief. I highly recommend it
