A total disgrace, clearly advertise Bugalugs Dental Brushes Lying Made in UK factory, on delivery made in PRC China. Advertised on Amazon and elsewhere. I only purchased because it said Made in UK.
I don't like Companies that deceive, actually a US company with UK address.

Beware!!! 2 in 1 raspberry and coconut detangling spray literally stripped the paint from my bookshelf and varnish from a 200 year old fireplace. Manufacturer did not want to know stating they could not say how liquid would interact with other 'surfaces". Very dangerous! Would never use on my animals again.

This is a double sided review as on one hand the shampoo I purchased through amazon was great on my 7 mth old Jack Russell however the shampoo had an adverse affect on myself and my daughter who couldn't stop coughing and I was left with respiratory problems not being able to breathe. The item was purchased on the 1st of March my daughter hasn't fully recovered and still coughs and experiencing wheezing. I feel sorry that my daughter is still suffering due to this as I have recovered. I did contact the seller but they failed to respond back I can't leave it like this so will take further action.

Great company with very useful products, my dogs have been using Bugalugs products for a while now and I do think that the supplements (joint & Hip and Pre-biotics) are helping my dogs. We also use eye wipes and first aid sprays all of which come in use especially in summer.

My only issue is the price, shopping directly from them is more expensive than if you buy them either directly from shops or Amazon, if the prices were in line with other retailers then I would shop directly from the Bugalugs website.

Used Bugalugs for the first time on my Cockerpoo. Left his coat shiny, untangled and he smelled amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Started to use on my dog and he came out in a sore red rash that scabbed causing him discomfort and were itchy. Led to several vet trips for treatment. Do not recommend.

Via bol de bugalugs champoo voor hond aangekocht. T product lijkt me niet oké- ik had t idee mn hond te wassen met een allesreiniger - Marcels green soap, daar lijkt t op. Het ruikt ook totaal niet naar de beloofde kokos lemon geur! De hond is wel heel heel goed schoon geworden en zacht en glad maar…. Ik hoop niet dat ze er last van gaat krijgen. Ik kijk t ff aan maar stuur t product liever retour want ik vertrouw t niet. Ik hoop dat de keuringsdienst voor waarde hier een blik op werpt.

Had an issue with a missing item in my order, I contacted via email and they got back to me straight away to say they will arrange for the missing item to be sent out and I recieved it early the next morning, excellent customer service, thankyou! and I've been using their products for a while and they're really good quality. I would recommend 100%

My dogs had a slight problem with dry skin so they would itch every now and then ever since i used this shitty product my dogs had horrible deep scabs everywhere its scary and i feel terrible for them long story short short i have to find something to soothe their damage skin please protect your dog and avoid this product

Avoid this shampoo at all costs. Claims to be gentle and 'dog friendly' however, a small amount got into my dog's eye which led to a corneal ulcer is less than 10 hours. An extremely painful experience for my dog and £400+ on vet bills to fix the ulcer. DO NOT BUY.

My 3 year old and 13 year old cats love this product I just sprinkle on their wet good and away they go. Great product

Poor customer service.
Ordered many items from here in the past as products do smell lovely however when the items come damaged they do not care and pass the blame.

No client loyalty and I’m sure better pet shampoo is available even if I will need to pay a more premium price. I would rather pay more than to deal with a thoughtless after care team.

Bugalugs 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner and detangler is an absolute game changer in grooming my schnauzer Her coat is fine and mats easily. Bathing and drying her is usually a trial for us both but since using this product, it’s a doddle. Her coat is easily combed through when wet and dries beautifully. Thank you -I’d recommend this to anyone with similar problems.

I placed an order for 3 products for my puppies. I paid but didn't get confirmation of the order and when I checked barclaycard it hadn't come out but I waited. The following day j got an email from bugalugs saying there were still my items in the basket so I checked out again. 2 parcels then arrives with exactly the same contents and I checked barclaycard and had been charged twice. This involves me paying £10 in postage too. I contacted them and they just asked that I post the duplicate products back for a refund. I'd have to pay postage again. I am really fed up with their attitude and won't be buying from them again. I have enough products for ages and feel let down but it seems most companies don't really care about a good customer service anymore.

The cat shampoo smells super nice, and it doesn't irritate my pet's skin.

I have been professionally grooming over 25 years and switched to bugalugs baby fresh shampoo couple years ago as a every dog general shampoo as I love the smell and natural ingredients and no dogs have ever had a reaction to it.
But I have literally just started using their 3 in 1 shampoo (shampoo/cond/detangler) for the wooly/poodle type coats
OMG it’s a game changer! The smell is amazing and knotts brush out so much easier!!! Never stop making this please 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I have a few bits from Bugalugs as I have a high maintenance French Bulldog. The products I’ve tried are great quality and reasonably priced. Some effective and some not, but 2 stands outs:
-The cologne, which is great value and perfect for his sensitive skin.
-The wrinkle cream which has helped clear up my pooches tear stains in a few days

I placed an order and when it arrived Royal Mail had totally damaged it items were missing and another had been opened. It was in an “Our sincere apologies “ bag. I contacted Bugalugs what can I say other than excellent service. How refreshing in these modern times to find a business that has such great customer service my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.
